The Second Throne Holder, Gyaltsab Rinpoche. The Second Throne Holder, Gyaltsab Rinpoche. ༈ The Second Throne Holder, Gyaltsab Rinpoche, was born in the Wood Dragon year in Tsangto. At the age of sixty, he ascended the throne of Ganden Monastery. He turned immeasurable Dharma wheels and also appeared to have limitless treatises. He passed away in the Water Dog year at the age of sixty-nine. The silver stupa in which his relics and ashes are enshrined is located to the right of the great silver stupa, the Namgyal Stupa.
