修心教言集LJ16 忏罪诀窍 顶礼上师仁波切！忏悔罪业的方法有四力，以及《甘卡尼经》、《百字明咒》等等，在经咒和波若（波罗蜜多）中都有阐述。为了清净所有众生的罪业和障碍，生起菩提心。观想自己的身体如彩虹或光芒般，在其上方，在鼻子的正前方观想一个孔。通过念诵三字明，从孔中出现如幻化的水雾般，然后观想所有的罪业和障碍都以黑色浓稠的形态出现并念诵。停止时，观想通过‘桑’字清净一切，并了知这一切都是心的显现，然后回向善根，发愿。如来（梵文：Tathāgata）的身、语、意以文字的形式显现，因此加持力非常大。据说，即使是制造僧团分裂等重大罪业，也能通过此法得以清净。

Mind Training Teachings Collection LJ16: Instructions on Purifying Sins Homage to the precious Lama! Regarding the methods for confessing sins, there are the four powers, the Kankanī, the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and so forth, which are taught in both mantras and the Pāramitā. With the intention to purify all sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, generate the mind of Bodhicitta. Visualize your own body as being like a rainbow or a form of light. Above that, visualize a single hole directly in front of the nose. By reciting the three syllables, visualize that from the hole emerges something like a mirage of mist. Then, visualize all sins and obscurations emerging as a thick, black substance, and recite. When stopping, visualize purification through the syllable ‘Sang’. Understand that all of this is merely a manifestation of the mind, and then dedicate the merit and make aspirations. The body, speech, and mind of the Tathāgata appear in the form of letters, therefore the blessings are extremely great. It is said that even great sins such as causing division within the Sangha can be purified through this practice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
