于任何事物皆不作意而体验,故称如灯禅定('mar me lta bu'i bsam gtan')。 体验空性时显现,显现时体验空性,故称轮回与涅槃无别('khor ba [brjod rgyu med] dang mya ngan las 'das pa dbyer [gsal lam mi rtog mar me'i rtse mo rab bcings ltar] med du rtogs pa')。 那摩咕噜阿('na mo gu ru A')。 阿底('A thi')。

Non-duality of Grasping (Dzin Gnyis Med): In all activities such as the practice of the generation stage, one should not be separated from bliss and emptiness (bde stong). Therefore, one understands the non-duality of appearance (snang ba gnyis med). As the verse says: Earth, water, wind, fire, and space, and the perception of one's own awareness, all do not remain for an instant. Heaven and the human realm are underfoot, and in an instant, the form transforms. In experience, it is called 'one taste of many' (du ma ro gcig). When experiencing, because one's own experience is indescribable, it is called 'self-awareness of each' (so sor rang gis rig pa). Experiencing without conceptualizing anything is called 'lamp-like meditation' (mar me lta bu'i bsam gtan). Experiencing emptiness when it appears, and experiencing emptiness when it appears, is called realizing that samsara and nirvana are inseparable (khor ba [brjod rgyu med] dang mya ngan las 'das pa dbyer [gsal lam mi rtog mar me'i rtse mo rab bcings ltar] med du rtogs pa). Realizing that truth is inseparable (bden pa dbyer med du), it is called that co-emergent wisdom (mnyam bzhag) and subsequent wisdom (rjes thob) are not different. Namo Guru A. If the experience of empowerment has not arisen, where does the consciousness reside in this practice? Knowing appearance as mind (snang ba sems su shes pa), giving general instructions. Knowing mind as emptiness (sems stong par shes pa), therefore, if analyzed, then color and other things are not established at all. This also depends on the experience of empowerment. Look closely, and just by looking, one arises and one ceases. Knowing emptiness as bliss (stong pa bde bar shes pa). A thi. All appearances, such as the four elements, appear, but they are viewed with coarse consciousness. If viewed as pacified, they are extremely subtle and cut off. Therefore, abide in this, and expand the practice with the bliss of empowerment, etc. For example, like clapping hands, it is like non-arising. If there is arising, then the hair in the palm should always exist. Table of Contents: Mahamudra (phyag rgya chen po). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
