Merge the key points of wind into the essence, With various ways of viewing and mind-holding, Continuously abide in the state of awareness. Relying on Karma Mudra, the bliss-emptiness wisdom will arise. The blessings of skillful means and wisdom are equally integrated. Descend slowly, reverse the center, keep upright, Send to various places, pervade the whole body. If there is no attachment, the bliss-emptiness wisdom will arise. Life is prolonged, no white hair grows, and it increases like the moon. The radiance is bright, and the strength is like a lion. Quickly attain common accomplishments and incline towards the supreme. May this instruction of the key points of Mahamudra, Reside in the hearts of fortunate beings.
