药酒精华献，血肉赤红朵玛等， 如您所愿的供养云，实物意变无量中， 誓言重重圆满后，违誓失坏皆恢复。 我等为无明所缚，根本支分诸誓言， 破损违越错谬等，祈请宽恕赐清净。 我等施主眷属众，病魔灾害悉平息， 寿命福德财富增，能所世间皆摄伏， 违逆诸方皆摧毁，四种事业祈垂成。 尤其如来教法髓，实义精要之宗风， 护持金刚手等众，如来教敕与誓言， 菩提修持之障碍，祈请遣除内外密， 违缘悉除于教众，有损怨敌与魔障， 如灰之尘愿消灭，总而言之胜共等， 所愿如意祈成就。 此乃为使实义精要宗风之根本，吉祥瞻塘（今四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州金川县曾达乡）之护法殿所需，依此神之瑜伽士阿旺曲帕之意愿，金刚手救护怙主之教规持有者噶玛阿旺云丹嘉措于彼处所书写，善妙增盛！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文，Sarva Mangalam，一切吉祥！） 智慧怙主扎夏之供赞，四业速成。

Essence of medicine and alcohol offered, along with red flesh and blood torma, etc., Clouds of offerings as you wish in your heart, By actual wealth and countless mind-emanations, Having fulfilled your solemn commitment, Restore any breaches or impairments of borrowed vows. We are bound by ignorance, In root and branch, vows, Whatever breaches, impairments, transgressions, or errors there may be, We beseech forgiveness and grant purity. May the diseases, demons, and harms of us patrons and retinue be pacified, And may life, merit, glory, and wealth increase, And may appearance and existence be brought under control, And may all adverse forces be subdued, May you accomplish the four activities. Especially the essence of the Buddha's teachings, Maintain the lineage of the essential meaning, Secret Lord Vajradhara and others, According to the Buddha's command and vows, Remove obstacles to the attainment of enlightenment, Avert outer, inner, and secret adverse conditions. Enemies of hatred and obstructing demons that harm the teachings and beings, May they be destroyed like dust of ashes. In short, may supreme and common siddhis, etc., Be accomplished as desired, according to your wish. This was written by Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, the holder of the lineage of the Secret Lord Savior Protector, at that place, according to the wishes of Ngawang Chöpak, the yogi of this deity, for the purpose of being needed in the protector's temple of glorious Dzamthang (Zengda Township, Jinchuan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province today), the root of the teachings of the essential meaning.
