宗肖桑。 宗肖桑。 吽！大吉祥心化身，诸护法之主。 智慧怙主，饮血四臂者。 身语意与功德事业之， 化身吉祥怙主五大族。 秘密欢喜之母，恰达益嘎（藏文）。 咒语之护法，燃母火面。 化身与再化身，有情世间众母。 行事业黑袍金刚，乌鸦面。 听命傲慢者，天龙八部众， 以及使者仆役等，不可思议之众。 安住善逝九尊坛城之宗， 勇士空行聚集之大肖。 护持处所与伏藏，誓言者如海众。 降临于此，甘露精华血食朵玛， 以实物供养、意幻化现内外密供。 往昔之猛誓，今朝复苏时， 诛灭修行之所的守护违逆者。 加持殊胜瑜伽行者们。 息灭修行之障碍、疾病魔障于法界。 增上修行之顺缘、觉受证悟。 祈愿大秘密心髓之教法兴盛， 四种事业，如所委任，成办之。 如是，于多康二十五大圣地中，功德五处合一之大圣地，修持二次第时，由长寿持二玉龙洲者（持明·丹增玉仲林巴）所著，愿善妙增盛！吽！ 往昔大吉祥莲花颅鬘者（莲花生大士）之， 座前承诺誓言之， 持夜叉相，具誓者，具力大力之主， 大黑魔，发出恐怖之声。 梵天，天之暴君，大力者， 龙魔具誓者，一躯八名之化身。 燃身金刚，七兄弟事业威猛。 法王李毗邻哈雷，连同眷属。 乐神之王，金刚燃力。 金刚勒巴，天地半边之主。 药女三姐妹等。 宗肖善逝汇聚之大宫殿， 处所与伏藏守护，所有猛厉者。 降临于此，享用五欲之朵玛精华， 欣然享用甘露精华之供养。 祈愿瑜伽士我等师徒眷属之， 遣除一切障碍，增上顺缘善妙。 桑供、换食、黄金饮。 心中忆念，如所委任之事，成

When the fierce oath of the past is awakened today, Strike down the obstructors of the practice's place guardians. Bless the supreme yogis. Pacify obstacles, diseases, and demonic forces into space. Increase the conducive conditions and experiences of practice. May the teachings of the Great Secret Essence flourish, And accomplish the four activities as entrusted. Dharma King Li Byin Harlé, with ministers and retinue. King of the Gandharvas, Vajra Burning Power. Vajra Lekpa, lord of half of heaven and earth. The three medicine-nun sisters, and so on. Dzongshod, the great palace where the Sugatas gather, Place and treasure guardians, all the fierce ones without exception. Come here, essence of the five desirable qualities of the torma, Joyfully accept the offering of medicine and rakta essence. May all obstacles be removed and conducive conditions and goodness increased for us yogis and our retinue. Sang offering, food exchange, golden drink. Thinking in the mind, accomplish the tasks as entrusted.
