Those who have received this empowerment and abide by the vows, if they wish to engage in the condensed method of the continuous practice of the yoga of the Noble Immaculate Light, the utterly pure light, should, before eating, in the early morning before meat, alcohol, garlic, onions, etc., have entered the stomach, take a bath and purify themselves. Joining the palms together, say: I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Supreme Assembly until enlightenment. Light radiates from the crown of their heads, illuminating all realms of the world. It stimulates the minds of all the Buddhas. The light re-collects and dissolves into the crowns of the Buddhas, and the Buddhas rejoice. With a sound like the voice of a kalavinka, they utter the secret mantra, and I repeat the sound of the mantra myself. Mama sarva pāpaṃ āvara viśuddhe. Vigata malam. Tsara su buddhe buddhe huru huru svāhā. This is the root mantra. Om sarva tathāgata mala viśodhani. Rudha bale prati saṃskāra. Tathāgata dhātu dhare. Dhara dhara. Saṃdhara saṃdhara. Sarva tathāgata adhiṣṭhāna adhiṣṭhite svāhā. This is the essence mantra. It is best to recite these once each morning without interruption and to complete many recitations. Furthermore, it is stated in the tantra itself: "Whosoever, having purified themselves greatly, constantly recites this secret mantra once each day for as long as they live, at the time of their death, will be born in a place where enjoyment and happiness are inexhaustible. If one constantly recites it at all times, one will be born in a buddhafield and will also remember one's previous lives. Untimely death and all obscurations will be purified." As indicated by these words, the benefits are vast, and one should take this as one's yidam with faith. Furthermore, if one wishes to recite the Immaculate Crown Dhāraṇī and so forth, one should recite them only through this yoga. One may recite the remainder of this dhāraṇī or recite whatever one wishes in its place. Finally, one should leave the buddha and his retinue without any conceptualization. Through these virtuous actions of mine, may I quickly attain buddhahood in this world!
