长寿佛一百零八名长咒念诵诀窍偈颂。 长寿佛一百零八名长咒念诵诀窍偈颂。 长寿佛一百零八名长咒念诵诀窍偈颂 敬录完毕。 顶礼薄伽梵无量寿自在主，恭敬顶礼吉祥积德山之，诀窍传承未断绝，甚深修持如是行。 早晨醒来刚起床，伸直身体三次呼出浊气，观想罪障和障碍都已清净，之后皈依和发心为，以度化众生的意愿，于佛法僧三宝前，直至菩提果证得，我恒常皈依之，以智慧与慈悲兼具，精勤为利有情我，于佛陀前安住而，发起圆满菩提之心。 念诵三遍之后念诵观想，自身处于平凡状态的心，在空性光芒的帐篷中央，红色莲花八瓣之上，中央和八片花瓣上，各自有月轮的座垫，中央是佛陀无量寿，东方是金刚无量寿，南方是珍宝无量寿，西方是莲花无量寿，北方是事业无量寿，东北方是普眼无量寿，东南方是功德无量寿，西南方是智慧无量寿，西北方是不动无量寿，所有佛尊皆为红莲宝石之色，一面二臂结禅定印，手捧充满不死寿命和智慧的，甘露之宝瓶，头顶有蓬松的束发，身着丝绸和珍宝为饰，双足跏趺坐，以妙相庄严，光芒四射，显现而自性空明。 如是观想清楚九尊本尊，对每一尊都倾注心力，念诵长咒九遍禁语持诵，如是念诵一遍为一轮，若多念诵则十八遍，二十七遍等以九的倍数，念诵至九十遍随心所欲，念诵完毕将要结束时，祈请赐予我无死寿命的甚深成就。 从内心祈祷三遍后，诸佛欢喜作为应允的表示，观想三次点头，毫不怀疑地获得无死之，

The lineage of instructions from Jetavana, unbroken, the profound practice is as follows: In the morning, as soon as you wake up, straighten your body and exhale three times. Visualize that sins, obscurations, and obstacles are purified. Then, the refuge and bodhicitta are: With the intention to liberate all beings, I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha until I attain the essence of enlightenment. With wisdom and compassion combined, I diligently work for the benefit of sentient beings. I abide before the Buddha and generate the perfect bodhicitta. After reciting three times, the recitation and meditation are: In the center of the empty tent of light, in the heart of your ordinary self, on an eight-petaled red lotus, on the center and each of the eight petals, is a lunar disc. In the center is the Buddha Amitayus, in the east is Vajra Amitayus, in the south is Ratna Amitayus, in the west is Padma Amitayus, in the north is Karma Amitayus, in the northeast is Sarvadarshin Amitayus, in the southeast is Guna Amitayus, in the southwest is Jnana Amitayus, in the northwest is Achala Amitayus. All the deities are the color of red lotus jewels, with one face and two arms in meditative equipoise, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortality, life, and wisdom. They have matted hair piled on their heads, adorned with silk and jewels. Both feet are in the vajra posture. Adorned with marks and signs, radiating light, appearing but without inherent existence. Having visualized the nine deities clearly in this way, focus your mind on each one individually and recite the long dharani nine times in silence. Reciting it once is one session. If you recite more, recite eighteen, twenty-seven, etc., in multiples of nine. Recite as many as you wish up to ninety times. When you are about to finish the recitation, pray, "Grant me the profound accomplishment of the deathless life." After praying three times from the heart, the deities are pleased and, as a sign of granting, visualize them nodding their heads three times. Without doubt, you will obtain the deathless.
