伏藏新出度母除一切怖畏之地的救护修诵。 伏藏新出度母除一切怖畏之地的救护修诵。 伏藏新出度母除一切怖畏之地的救护修诵，若乐意行之，皈依发心为：那摩！上师本尊至尊母，三宝诸佛如海众，我等众生至菩提，一心恭敬而皈依。 吽！曾为我母有情众，为得佛陀之果位，止息一切诸恶行，集聚所有善妙法，恒常生起利他心。 啊！从空明智慧显现中，于盛开白莲月轮上，从蓝色当（ཏཱྃ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马音：tām，字面意思：当）字放出光，自身成为蓝色金刚度母，右掌施胜手印，左手乃，施救护手印持乌巴拉花，以五股金刚杵为标志，以绸缎和珍宝为庄严，三处以金刚种子字为标志，迎请同己之智慧尊融入。（祈请文）阿雅达热 乍 乍 吽 榜 吽！充满虚空的灌顶诸神，赐予灌顶，成为部主之臂饰。 嗡 阿雅达热 萨巴热瓦热 阿刚……夏匝 扎底扎 梭哈！嗡！诸佛事业之主宰，至尊速疾勇母您，以及除灭一切怖畏者，我赞叹连同眷属众。心间月上蓝色当（ཏཱྃ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马音：tām，字面意思：当）字，周围咒鬘绕，光芒放射金刚性，供养圣众成办众生利。特别是从我慢所生的，土地的怖畏愿皆息灭。嗡 达热 德达热 德热 玛玛 萨瓦 朗朗 巴雅 夏谛 咕噜 梭哈！如是说。以寂静（夏谛）代替，加上救护（惹恰）并随力念诵。最后若兴致高则如前供赞，若收摄则不必。以吽吽吽收摄。以帕帕帕令本尊升起。以此善根等作回向发愿吉祥祝祷皆可。此乃为应需，从伏藏正文中所取，无边慧所造，善妙吉祥！萨瓦 玛嘎拉姆！ ！ 伏藏新出度母除一切怖畏之地的救护修诵。

Lama, Yidam, Jetsunma! Supreme Three Jewels, Ocean of Buddhas! Until I and all beings attain enlightenment, I take refuge with one-pointed devotion! HOH! May all sentient beings who have been my mothers attain the state of Buddhahood! Restraining all misdeeds, gathering virtuous Dharma, constantly generating the altruistic bodhicitta! AH! From the appearance of empty-clear wisdom, on top of a blossoming white lotus moon, from the emanation and gathering of the blue TAM (ཏཱྃ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马音：tām，literal meaning: TAM) syllable, I myself become a blue Vajra Tara. The right hand in the gesture of supreme giving, the left hand is, in the gesture of refuge-giving, holding an Utpala flower, marked with a five-pronged vajra. Adorned with silks and precious jewels. Rays of light radiate with the nature of vajra, making offerings to the noble ones, accomplishing the benefit of all beings. Especially, may all fears of the earth, born from pride, be pacified. OM Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Sarva Lam Lam Bhaya Shanti Kuru Svaha! Thus it is said. Replacing Shanti with Raksha, recite as much as possible.
