嗡！吉祥持戒俄千父子和，玛德巴钦多杰丹巴等，具足灌顶传承稀有诸师前，祈请赐予事业任运成就！三类传承之河流无余，集摄秘密之海珍宝藏，救度怙主传承诸师前，祈请赐予战胜诸魔！三类等持善安住，观修三坛城以三供品供，净治三垢现前三身，愿从殊胜成就道上二利究竟！于命脉之险地证悟菩提，串习三种明分与三种定解，有相之怨敌魔障及我执，愿以猛厉之意乐现行究竟！祈愿根本传承上师恒时加持，增上本尊迅速赐予二成就，空行护法成办事业，愿速得金刚橛之悉地！如是亦是于金刚橛之天众意乐信解为道之莲花自在乐金刚，于至尊救度怙主摧伏一切四魔，于光明遍空而现前菩提之佳节，藏历四月（དབོ་ཟླ，公历五月或六月）上弦初三于巴邦寺寂静处所书，愿善妙增上！ 金刚橛昆氏传承祈请文，蓝琉璃鬘。

Om! Glorious holder of discipline, Ngorchen father and sons, and Great Matipa, Dorje Denpa, and so forth, To the wondrous lineage holders of empowerment and transmission, I pray, may your activities be spontaneously accomplished! The rivers of the three lineages, without exception, Gathered into the secret ocean, a treasury of jewels, To the savior protector, together with the lineage, I pray, may you be victorious over the maras! Having well-established the three samadhis, Meditating on the three mandalas, offering with the three offerings, Purifying the three stains, realizing the three kayas, May the two benefits be perfected through the path of supreme accomplishment! Becoming enlightened in the vital places of the ravines, Through familiarity with the three clarities and the three confidences, The enemies and obstacles of signs, including self-grasping, May the manifest conduct be perfected through the wrathful intention! May the root and lineage lamas always bless, May the yidam deities quickly grant the two siddhis, May the dakinis and oath-bound ones accomplish activities, May the siddhi of Vajrakila be quickly attained! This was written by Pema Garwang Dewai Dorje, who takes faith in the intention of the deities of Vajrakila as the path. On the auspicious occasion of the Venerable Savior Protector subduing all four maras and manifesting enlightenment in the clear, all-pervading sky, on the third day of the waxing moon of the fourth month (དབོ་ཟླ，Tibetan calendar), it was written at Palpung Yangkhyod.
