Homage to the supreme Avalokiteśvara! A smile with a majestic face, slightly wrathful, You are the king of power, showering down all desires. The primordial mind in the egg of the Dharmata bindu, Manifesting as the wisdom body, homage to the supreme! Born from the silver radiance of the letter ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), Fulfilling the wishes of beings, dispelling the suffering of poverty. Hair standing on end, crowned with Akshobhya on the crown, Bestowing empowerment, attaining great accomplishment, homage to the supreme! Like a new sunrise on a snowy mountain, Your face, between the eyebrows, the Sindhu bindu is beautiful. The six hands jingling with precious bracelets, Are the essence of the unsurpassed Paramita, homage to the supreme! A curved knife, a wish-fulfilling jewel, a damaru, A skull cup filled with jewels and a vase, Holding an iron hook that attracts the accomplishments of the three realms, Homage to the six-armed wisdom protector! Adorned with flowing silk and tiger skin garments, The tinkling of radiant precious ornaments, Adorned with countless strings of jewels, Radiating brilliant splendor, homage to the supreme! Bestowing a great rain of desired Enjoyments, Residing playfully upon Vinayaka, Delighting in a grove of lush sandalwood trees, Homage to the lord of the Dakinis of the three places! In your heart, the youthful goddess of power, Like the rays of a new sunrise, like a string of lightning, Beautiful and swaying, holding an iron hook of accomplishment, Homage to the one who subdues the three realms! Offering homage, praising and praying, From the depths of my heart, longing for you, supreme deity, Offering this homage, please grant me excellence, May all auspiciousness and desired goals be accomplished! From the clouds of compassion, rain down the rain of blessings, May the waves of desires surge forth, May food, wealth, enjoyment, and auspiciousness increase, May the ocean of wealth grow ever greater! The swiftly accomplishing wisdom protector, the wish-fulfilling jewel, Merely remembering him saves from the suffering of this life, the afterlife, and the bardo, Merely praying to him showers down all desired accomplishments like rain, And to the retinue of hundreds of thousands of millions of Dakinis of the three places, I pray, offer homage, and dedicate the enthronement! With actual and imagined offerings, and the special offerings of emanated vision, filling the earth, intermediate space, and sky, the Guru and Protector are inseparable.

By the supreme offering clouds of unwavering faith and devotion in the great bliss of Dharmata, may you be pleased and satisfied. Please look upon us practitioners with great love, like a mother to her only child, never parting from us until we attain enlightenment. May you temporarily grant us favorable conditions for practicing the Dharma, such as long life, merit, splendor, power, food, wealth, possessions, fame, influence, and so forth, increasing and expanding without decline. May you bestow the supreme gift of effortlessly gathering all the essence of beings and non-beings of the three realms and three existences. May you ultimately lead us to the pure land of Sukhavati, becoming the ferryman who liberates us from samsara, and bless us to easily attain the state of the Lord of the World, the powerful one of compassion. Thus, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, offer the torma to the sky. This text, seeing that it is suitable for use during seasonal offerings such as Gar Sang Chenmo, etc., I have consulted the blessed words of Jowo Nang Jetsun Chenpo and others, slightly modified the words of the empowerment, and arranged them for easy recitation. Written by Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso in the joyful garden where the Wisdom Protector of Vajra Kotī delights in self-amusement in the solitary place of Palpung. May auspiciousness increase!
