May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of body, speech, and mind. Focusing on the Protector in front, recite: Om Vajra Mahakala Kshrim Kshetra Vighnam Vinayaka Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀྵིཾ་ཀྵེ་ཏྲ་བི་གྷྣཾ་བི་ནཱ་ཡ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra mahākāla kṣiṃ kṣetra vighnaṃ vināyaka hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Great Black One, Kshim, Field, Obstacle, Subduer, Hum, Hum, Phat, Phat, Svaha.) A stream of nectar descends from the body of the Protector, entering from the crown of my head and filling my entire body. May sins, obscurations, faults, downfalls, inner and outer demons, and obstacles be cleared away. May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of the Protector's body, speech, and mind. Focusing on the Vajrayogini on the right, recite: Om Vajra Nara Kram Kram Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. This is the explicit instruction from the old scriptures, but some later practices say not to recite the three "Oms." A stream of nectar descends from the body of the Yogini, entering from the crown of my head and filling my entire body. May sins, obscurations, faults, diseases, demons, and obstacles be cleared away. May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of Vajravarahi's body, speech, and mind. Focusing on Avalokiteshvara in the back, recite: Om Mani Padme Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ནི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Mani, Padme, Hum.) Om Vajra Raksha Namah Samanta Hum Phat. A stream of nectar descends from the body of the Noble One, entering from the crown of my head and filling my entire body. May sins, obscurations, faults, diseases, demons, and obstacles be cleared away. May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of the Noble One's body, speech, and mind. Focusing on Tara on the left, recite: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. A stream of nectar descends from the body of Tara, entering from the crown of my head and filling my entire body. May sins, obscurations, faults, diseases, demons, and obstacles be cleared away. May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of Tara's body, speech, and mind. If you are specifically practicing this, then recite "Namo Buddha" a little more, and recite the other four equally. It is said that reciting this before practicing the Protector increases the amount of Protector practice. The lineage instructions say that the three "Oms" of the Yogini should be recited mainly, which is clearly intended to emphasize the yoga of speech. Here, the usual recitation is to recite only a hundred or seven times, etc., equally. When it is impossible to elaborate, omit the sections of individual visualizations, and only after the praise, when reciting the mantras three times each, recite: A stream of nectar descends from the Guru Deities, entering from the crown of my head and filling my entire body. May sins, obscurations, faults, diseases, demons, and obstacles be cleared away. May I receive the blessings of the three secrets of the four Guru Deities' body, speech, and mind. And so on. Second, whether extensive or concise, recite and meditate.

At the end of the accomplishment phase, recite the five mantras, or recite "Namo Buddha" three times. After the supplication, light radiates from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart of the Lama. The four deities are summoned back, Avalokiteśvara is at the crown chakra, Tara is at the throat, Mahakala is at the heart, and Yogini is at the navel chakra, and light radiates again. Invite all the Buddhas and their retinues, filling the body of the Lama. Contract the downward-moving air, hold the vase breath or retain the breath. Agitate the air at the secret place, the tummo at the navel blazes. Emerging from the Brahma aperture, the dharma-born warmth touches the body of the Lama, and the deities experience bliss. A stream of nectar flows from one's own crown chakra, filling up to the throat, purifying the sins and obscurations of the body, obtaining the vase initiation, and the blessings of the body are infused. Filling up to the heart, purifying the sins and obscurations of speech, obtaining the secret initiation, and the blessings of speech are infused. Filling up to the navel, purifying the sins and obscurations of mind, obtaining the wisdom initiation, and the blessings of mind are infused. Filling the entire body, purifying the sins and obscurations of the three doors, obtaining the fourth initiation, and the blessings are completely fulfilled. The dharma-born light dissipates, and the Lama dissolves into oneself. The three doors become inseparable from the three vajras. The third part is the conclusion, divided into two: abiding and post-meditation activities. The first is: the Lama and one's own mind merge without separation, and in that nature, without making any modifications, negations, or affirmations, simply abide in the state of recognizing one's own nature. The second is: when rising from that state, maintain mindfulness and awareness without losing their essence. All Samantabhadra Buddhas, possessing the state of great Vajradhara, may I obtain through this virtue, and may all beings also obtain it. May I practice for perfect enlightenment, and whatever is practiced after perfect Buddhahood, those two practices praised by Bodhi Vajra, may I practice them both. Thus, seal with dedication and aspiration, and then enter into daily activities. Eliminating obstacles, increasing merit, and bestowing supreme and genuine accomplishments with years and months. Having meditated on this profound yoga, may I liberate beings as numerous as dust particles in the fields. This is a record made as needed for those who diligently practice in the solitary places, the Ever-Blissful Great Bliss Clear Light Isle.
