And shake it. Among the Six Dharmas of Wisdom Dakini Niguma, the teachings on Tummo are the eighteen illusory wheels. If divided into the latter eight, there are twenty-five. That's it. Starting from about a month of regulating the breath, Tummo posture for seven days, energy channel combat for seven days, main practice for seven days, Guru Tummo for seven days, wearing clothes for seven days. After that, learn these illusory wheels and practice repeatedly until there is no fatigue and no need to exert effort. Then, for each of the respective visualizations, do one session of practice each time. Finally, at the end of each illusory wheel, all the visualizations are completed once. If four or six sessions of practice are not completed, and you diligently practice Tummo, then immeasurable merits will immediately arise. Next, the meaning of the summary words will be explained: First, untying the knots of the channels: With the body posture of the lotus position, lift both hands from the knees and insert them into the root of the thighs. Twist the upper body to the left and right, seven times each. Second, straightening the channels: The body posture is the same as above, and when the hands reach the root of the thighs, support yourself with your hands to stand up and perform a breath impact. Keep your hands in the position of the lumbar vertebrae, rotate the abdomen to the right, and rotate to the left. Contract the anus, and at the same time twist the upper body slightly to the left and right, do it together. After that, alternate heel taps, seven times. This can eliminate the disorder of the channels, just like combing hair with a comb. Third, gathering into the central channel: If it is a continuation of the previous one, just do a breath impact. If done separately, the posture is the same as the second one. Clench your fists, extend them to the outside of the thighs, exert force, and in the gap between two heel taps, perform one impact. Like this, seven times. Fourth, the expansion of the channels: Do a breath transformation, first the head, then the upper body, then the arms, then the lower body and legs, and massage them. In particular, the four gastrocnemius muscles of the arms and legs, slide and knock each other. These four actions can purify the channels. Fifth, standing and stretching: The posture is the same as the second one, with the hands gradually extending upwards through the sides of the ribs, palms together on the top of the head. Exert force on the waist and contract the neck.
