The emanation of Manjushri, Thonmi Sambhota, the feet of the great translator monk Vairochana, to Discipline, Wisdom, and Yeshe Jungne (Wisdom Arising), I pray. Wangchukwar and Zurchen Shakya Jung, Rongzom Chosang, Khyongpo Naljor, and Lodan Sherab, Bonpo Lhabum, I pray. Guru Jortse, Rashak, Treasure Revealer, and the accomplished one, Ngodrup Nyima, Simha, and Yeshe Khyundrak, Drogon Kyeme Zhang, I pray. Sakya Pandita, Gomde Sangye Bum, Lama Nyenre, Yakde Panchen, and Dorje Lingpa, Drakthok Sonam Zang, I pray. Go Lotsawa Zhonnu, Kunkhyen Bodongpa, the sword of wisdom, Padma Kunkhyong Ling, Supreme Gonpo Lodro Thokme, I pray. Namkha Rinchen, Sherab Ozer, and the protector Tara, Rigdzin Chokyi Gocha, Natshok Rangdrol, Orgyen Terdak Ling, I pray. Dechen Lingpa, Kunkhyik Lama Chok, the qualities as numerous as all the rivers combined, to that great ocean of Dharma, I pray. Again, for the sake of the Victorious One's teachings and the beings to be tamed, with inconceivable activities of emanation, at the end of the countless wonders of rebirths as emanations, the final one of the thousand perfect Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, called Mopa Nangdze, the life and activities of the thousand Buddhas, manifestly enlightened in a single gathering, I pray. By the blessings of praying in this way, from this life until the heart of enlightenment, may I be cared for by the supreme protectors, and attain the state of omniscience.

May (his) radiance manifest! The all-knowing master Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo once commanded, "Write a prayer for the reincarnation of Jamgön Lama Yönten Gyatso Rinpoche." Furthermore, at the urging of some faithful individuals such as Losal Karma Rinchen Dargye, this Jamgön Lama has been clearly indicated by the prophecy of Orgyen Vajra as an emanation of the great translator Vairochana, and has been identified as the reincarnation of Minling Gyurme Dorje, the great treasure revealer Chökyi Gyalpo of Mindrolling. In order to be in accordance with the lineage of these (figures), this prayer was written. Having only received the blessing of holding the name of the Fourteenth in the lineage of the venerable Karmapas, the glorious Supreme Vehicle Vajra wrote this at the summit of Gandhola of Palpung Thubten Chökhor Ling, in the abode pleasing to the venerable Tara.
