Again, request the innate symbolic empowerment. In your own place, let it self-liberate, placing the unmindful sensation in relaxed openness, thereby attaining the realization of indivisible quiescence and contemplation. This is the oral instruction on the view of self-liberation, the Great Seal. The method for abiding in clear light in dreams at night is to possess the key points of ease, clarity, and non-conceptuality, which is the oral instruction for giving birth to the lamp of awareness and wisdom. These two are the supreme oral instructions for accomplishing the Great Seal. Abandoning the grasping of good and bad, right and wrong, in all phenomena of appearance and sound, acting like a young child, this is the oral instruction for conduct like drawing a sword on water. Outwardly, the elements; inwardly, nectar; secretly, channels and winds; ultimately, meditation—outward appearances without accepting or rejecting good or bad, all being equal in taste. This is the oral instruction on the taste-equal outward mirror. These are the oral instructions for taking the path into the result. The Great Seal of taking the path into the result condenses the instructions for maturing others' bodies and one's own body into five, called the five roots and four branches. This written instruction is extremely precious. Samaya. Seal, seal, seal. Its oral instructions reside herein. The oral instruction of this oral instruction, this wordless one, is the oral instruction on bindus, which is increased by food and conduct and protected by continuous mindfulness. Sit in the lotus posture, with the knees not touching the ground. Point the threatening finger of the right hand at the tip of the nose. Grasp the space between the right leg from behind with the left hand. Twist the body as much as possible to the left, and then reverse it and twist to the right. Again, cross both hands behind the back and grasp the space between the legs, vigorously rotating the waist to the left and right. Again, extend the hands in vajra fists on each knee and vigorously twist the body. Combine with vase breathing, and in one air pocket, perform blowing, inhaling, and pressing. Rotating, extending, and shaking—complete all five. This is the key point of trulkhor. The five places—secret, navel, heart, throat, and head—and the five places—throat, head, secret, navel, and outer—holding the life force, namely, the five airs: downward-moving air, life-sustaining air, life air, upward-moving air, and pervasive air. Holding them in their own places and holding them in reverse order—there are ten. Holding in the five senses, such as the eyes, are the five objects, such as form. These fifteen are air practices. Five chakras, five doors, five families, five seeds, or five hand implements are arranged, focusing the mind is the object of focus. The bodhisattva sits in the vajra posture, pressing on the ground, and slowly moves the body. The lower air.

And gave (instructions). The Yaksha mouth is opened, purify the intermediate channel's air. The vajra knot is inverted on the crown chakra and recited. Relax the body and shake it thoroughly. Understand the way of walking of the great frog, the way of circling of the great ocean, the way of smiling of the great wrathful one, the way of shaking of the great earth. These four are for collecting bliss, etc. Empowerment and objects, the practice of reliance is obtained from the lineage of vision. The profound path with the seal of important vows comes from Rechungpa and Shri Dharma Kirti. This small booklet of the Kadampa seems to be just like this. Written in accordance with the meaning of the profound path's profundity. May the assembly of Dakinis not be displeased. Seal, Guhya. Instructions on the key points of the practice lineage of the disembodied Dakini, Rechung Dorje Drakpa.
