To the holders of the four pure mandala grounds, Who perfectly shower the continuous rain of the four white empowerments, And cause the crops of the four liberated bodies to flourish, I pray to the four omniscient lamas. To the all-pervading Vajradhara and the independent mother, To the powerful and mighty great accomplished one, the Black One, To Ḍāmarupa and Avadhūtipa, And to Gayadhara, I pray. To the great lama Drogmi, Setön Kunrig, and, To Zhangtön Chöbar, the glorious Sakyapa, To the venerable brother and sister, Dharma Lord Paṇḍita, And to the Dharma King Phakpa, I pray. To Könchok Pal and Dharma Lord Sönam Pal, To Sönam Gyaltsen and the glorious Tsultrim Zhab, According to the lineage solely from the regent of the supplementary assembly discourse, the glorious Ewam tradition: To Budhaśrī Ngorchen Dorje Chang, and to the great bodhisattvas, I pray. Furthermore, as it is transmitted from the glorious Sakya: To Lhachok Sengé Könchok Lhündrup, and, In whatever way, in between these. 我向富饶坚固者们祈请。具殊胜福德索南却丹与索南却竹，以及智悲怙主若钦·根萨仁波切，衮噶勒哲南喀吉美华，我向根本上师们祈请。如是祈请之加持力，令出离心与菩提心，二者于心间生起。听闻果之功德，令心欢喜，祈愿能进入甚深之道。于生起次第之外形，坛城之中，以宝瓶灌顶，修持生起次第道，以脉之运行，净除身之障碍，祈愿获得化身之果位。于bhaga（藏文，梵文天城体，bhaga，吉祥）菩提心内之坛城中，以秘密灌顶，修持拙火道，以字之运行，净除语之障碍，祈愿获得报身之果位。于世俗菩提心秘密坛城中，以第三灌顶，修持使者道，以甘露之运行，净除意之障碍，祈愿成就法身之果位。于胜义菩提心究竟坛城中，以第四灌顶，修持浪潮道，以风之运行，净除三门之障碍，祈愿获得自性身之果位。未获得彼之所有阶段中，顺缘圆满，具足诸佛之赞颂，所愿如法圆满成就，愿增上轮涅之兴盛，吉祥如意！此乃俄尔钦·金刚持大师所造之补遗，亦由嘉察瓦·钦哲旺波祈请，愿成善妙！萨瓦 मंगलम (藏文，梵文天城体，sarva mangalam，一切吉祥)！《窍诀宝藏》第五函。《口传珍宝道果》含果传承祈请文。

I supplicate to the wealthy and steadfast ones. To Sonam Chokden, the possessor of supreme merit, and Sonam Chokdrub, And to Khyenrab Jampa, Rmorchen Ngassar Rinpoche, Kunga Lekpai Lodro Namkhai Chimei Pal, I supplicate to the root gurus. Through the blessings of such supplication, May renunciation and bodhicitta, the two, arise in my heart. Hearing of the qualities of the fruit, may my mind be delighted, And may I be blessed to enter the path of the great secret. In the outer form of the generation stage, in the mandala of colored powders, Through the vase empowerment and meditating on the path of the generation stage, By the movement of the channels, purifying the obscurations of the body, May I be blessed to attain the state of the nirmanakaya. In the inner mandala of bhaga (藏文，梵文天城体，bhaga，Auspiciousness) bodhichitta, Through the secret empowerment and meditating on the path of tummo, By the movement of the letters, purifying the obscurations of speech, May I be blessed to attain the state of the sambhogakaya. In the secret mandala of conventional bodhichitta, Through the third empowerment and meditating on the path of the messengers, By the movement of the nectar, purifying the obscurations of mind, May I be blessed to accomplish the state of the dharmakaya. In the ultimate mandala of ultimate bodhichitta, Through the fourth empowerment and meditating on the path of the waves, By the movement of the winds, purifying the obscurations of the three doors, May I be blessed to attain the state of the svabhavikakaya. In all the stages before that is attained, May all favorable conditions be complete, possessing all the praises of the Buddhas, May my intentions be accomplished in accordance with the Dharma, and may there be auspiciousness for the increase of the prosperity of samsara and nirvana!
