May glorious Tashi Rinpoche quickly possess great bliss, the king who accomplishes all purposes. First, train in the preliminaries. In the main practice, train in exchanging taking and giving. Three realms, three poisons, three roots of virtue. The pith instructions that follow are briefly summarized. The order of taking begins with oneself. Transfer those two onto the wind. The essence of the pith instructions is briefly summarized. Train in all activities with words. Whatever arises immediately, combine it with meditation. If both are complete, then take everything. Always meditate on all activities. Drive all taking and giving into one. Meditate on being greatly kind to everyone. One should train in the three difficulties. At the beginning and end, there are two activities. Meditate on the three that are without decline. Always train in the three general meanings. Transform desire and leave it in its own state. Take the three main causes. One should apply the five powers. All dharmas are gathered into one intention. Hold the main two witnesses. Continuously rely on only mental ease. If you can overcome distraction, you are accomplished. Do not set bad traps. Do not fabricate false testimony. Do not hoard Kolong. Do not desire great things. Do not do things momentarily. Do not lead astray. Do not make a mule carry the load of an ox. Do not rely on speed. Do not rely on good doctrine. Do not reverse the order. Do not take turns. Do not make a reversed 'to'. Liberate with two discriminations. Make a decision. One should possess the three that are inseparable. Do all yogas with one. If it is reversed, then meditate on that as an antidote. Whatever of the two arises, be patient. Do not speak of the faults of the limbs. Do not think of any other side. Do not bring down gods as demons. Do not seek suffering in the limbs of happiness. Do not rely on other conditions. Grasp the main point. Abandon all hope for results. Abandon poisonous food. Do not urge from the key point. When these five degenerations are rampant, It is transformed into the path to enlightenment. After gaining stability, then reveal the secret. This supreme essence of pith instructions.
