ས་ཡོངས་གང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཟི་བྱིན་ལྡན་པ་གང་། །ས་དང་ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཀུན་ཡོངས་ཁྱབ་སྲིད་གསུམ་བདེ་དགེའི་གཞིར་གྱུར་པ། འབྱུང་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་ནད་ཀུན་ཞི་བྱེད་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བདུད་རྩིའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཅན། །མ་ལུས་ཇི་སྙེད་ཇི་བཞིན་བཀོད་པས་འགྲོ་བའི་བླ་མ་སྲས་བཅས་མཆོད། །བདུད་རྩིའི་རང་བཞིན་ནད་རབ་ཞི་བྱེད་པ། །སྨན་མཆོག་དམ་པ་གྱུར་པ་འདི་ཕུལ་བས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་གནས་སྐངས་ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་ཅིང་། །མཐར་ཐུག་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་ཤོག །ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། འོད་གསལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་བཀོད་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མེ་ཏོག་གི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་བཀོད་ལེགས་པའི་ས་གཞི་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ལ། པདྨ་དང་། པདྨ་ ཆེན་པོ་དང་། ཀུ་མུ་ཏ་དང་། ཨུཏྤལ་དང་། ཨུ་དུམྦཱ་རའི་ཚོགས་ལ་སོགས་པས་རབ་ཏུ་བརྒྱན་ཞིང་། ཆུ་དང་ཐང་དང་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་ལས་འཐོན་པའི་ཚོགས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་འདི་ཉིད། བླ་མ་དང་ཡི་དམ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོའ་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་དང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཇི་སྲིད་གནས་པ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་རྒྱས་པར་བཀང་སྟེ་འབུལ་ལོ། །དཔག་མེད་ཆུ་ལྡན་རབ་རྒྱས་གེ་སར་མདངས་བཀྲ་ཞིང་། །མཚོར་ཉལ་འཛུམ་པའི་འོད་ཟེར་དང་ལྡན་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་ཁ་ཕྱེ་ལྷག་གེར་འདུག་པས་མཛེས་གྱུར་པ། །ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཀུན་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བཀང་སྟེ་གུས་པས་མཆོད། །མེ་ཏོག་བཀོད་སྤྲིན་ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཁྱབ་པ། །དཔག་ཡས་རིན་ཆེན་དྲ་བ་འདི་ཕུལ་བས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་གནས་སྐབས་ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ཞིང་། །མཐར་ཐུག་འོད་ལྔའི་ཞིང་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་དབྱངས་སྙན་པོས་ལན་གསུམ་གསུམ་དུ་འབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཚུལ་འདི་ནི་དབང་དང་གདམས་པ་གོང་མ་ལ་འཇུག་པའི་ཚེ་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་གྱི། ཐ་མལ་པའི་ཚེ་བྱ་བ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལན་ཅིག་ཕུལ་བས་ཀྱང་ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་ཤིང་། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་གསུངས་སོ། །མཎྜལ་འབུལ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་གླིང་བཞི་རྒྱན་གྱུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཐེག་པ་མཆོག་གི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱིས་བཀོད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དགེའོ།། །། གདམས་ངག་མཛོད་པོད་གཉིས་པ། གླིང་བཞི་རྒྱན་གྱི་མཎྜལ།

凡是充满吉祥光辉的地方， 凡是遍布大地和天空，成为三界安乐之本的地方， 凡是平息生起和烦恼疾病，具有解脱甘露精华的地方， 以无遗、如是布置供养一切有情的上师及眷属。 以此奉献具有甘露自性，能平息疾病的殊胜妙药， 愿一切众生居处安乐、长寿无病， 最终能享用大乐净土。 嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！ 以光明珍宝所庄严的净土，花朵盛开的园林，布置精美的宜人土地上，莲花、大莲花、睡莲、乌巴拉花、优昙婆罗花等花朵盛开，以水、陆地、园林所生长的无量供品庄严，将此供养上师、本尊坛城众神及具誓海会众，乃至虚空界和法界存在之时，充满并供养。 无量水池充满，莲花盛开，花蕊光彩夺目， 海中沉睡，含笑散发光芒的园林。 各种花朵盛开，清凉宜人， 以意念充满虚空，恭敬供养。 花朵布置如云，遍布虚空， 以此奉献无量珍宝之网， 愿一切众生暂时获得广大智慧， 最终能享用五光净土。 如是，以美妙的歌声唱诵三遍。 此仪轨是进入灌顶和上师口诀时所行持的，平时则不需行持。 仅仅供养一次，也能圆满二资粮，并能享用二十五种智慧。 名为“四洲庄严”的曼扎供养仪轨，由大乘瑜伽士龙钦饶绛（公元1308-1363年）所著，圆满。 善哉！ 口诀藏 第二函，四洲庄严之曼扎。

Wherever is filled with auspicious splendor, Wherever pervades the earth and sky, becoming the basis of happiness and virtue in the three realms, Wherever pacifies arising and afflictive diseases, possessing the essence of liberating nectar, I offer to all sentient beings' gurus and their retinues, arranged completely and as they are. By offering this supreme medicine, the nature of nectar that pacifies diseases, May all beings have peaceful dwellings, long lives, and freedom from illness, And ultimately enjoy the realm of great bliss. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! In the pure land adorned with radiant jewels, on the delightful ground of a well-arranged flower garden, adorned with lotus flowers, great lotus flowers, water lilies, utpala flowers, and udumbara flowers, and beautifully adorned with immeasurable offerings arising from water, land, and gardens, I offer this to the gurus, yidams, mandala deities, and the ocean of oath-bound beings, filling it extensively as long as the realm of space and the realm of dharma exist. Limitless pools filled, lotuses blooming, stamens radiant and bright, A garden sleeping in the ocean, smiling and radiating light. Various flowers opening, standing cool and pleasant, beautifully arranged, Filling all of space with the mind, I respectfully offer. Flower arrangements like clouds, pervading the expanse of space, By offering this immeasurable net of jewels, May all beings temporarily have vast wisdom, And ultimately enjoy the realm of the five lights. Thus, it should be offered three times with melodious song. This method is to be done when entering empowerment and the instructions of the guru, but it is not to be done at other times. Even offering it once completes the two accumulations and allows one to enjoy the twenty-five wisdoms. The ritual of offering the mandala called "Adornment of the Four Continents," composed by the supreme vehicle yogi Longchen Rabjam (1308-1363), is complete. Virtue!
