没有（嫉妒）地，以清晰的意义和悦耳的声音如实讲述。愿这声音遍布所有世界，愿所有众生听到并消除无明。那时，讲述的六度是：善说词句和意义是法布施；无烦恼地讲述是持戒度；忍受疲劳是欢喜的精进度；不散乱是禅定，辨别是智慧。之后，为利益众生而回向。忆念恩德，生起对正法的恭敬。它的利益是忆念、禅定，远离烦恼的污浊，无尽的勇气。掌握法藏，听闻善逝之法，受到天人的赞颂，名声远扬，一切所愿皆成。生生世世不离佛法，迅速获得善逝降下法雨。出自大乘窍诀论著《如意宝藏论》中，讲述者上师品第十章。 第十章，讲述者上师品。

Without (jealousy), explain the meaning clearly and with a pleasant voice as it is. May that voice pervade all realms of the world, and may all sentient beings hear it and dispel ignorance. At that time, the six perfections of explanation are: speaking well of words and meaning is the giving of Dharma; explaining without afflictions is the perfection of discipline; enduring weariness is diligence with joy; non-distraction is meditation, and discernment is wisdom. Afterwards, dedicate the merit for the benefit of sentient beings. Remembering kindness, generate respect for the sacred Dharma. Its benefits are remembrance, samadhi, freedom from the defilement of afflictions, and inexhaustible courage. Holding the treasury of Dharma, hearing the Dharma of the Sugatas, being praised by gods and humans, having fame and accomplishing all wishes. In all lifetimes, may we not be separated from the Dharma, and may we quickly receive the rain of Dharma from the Sugatas.
