At the end of the bright light, is the essence of the six-syllable mantra (藏文:གསང་སྔགས་སྙིང་པོ་ཡིག་དྲུག་ནང་མ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:Secret Essence Six Syllables), therefore, The long mantra is written in clear white letters. Whosoever, the light emanating from their actions is inexhaustible, Purifies all impure realms of samsara, so that the inner and outer worlds are in a state of purity, equality, and great luminosity. The manifestation of great purity, its offerings and praises are inconceivable. The self-manifest, beyond thought and expression, the nature of the Dharmakaya, The wondrously illusory heart essence, accompanied by a string of mantras, is recited like a stream of self-illuminating heart essence. When reciting, first recite the six-syllable mantra, then recite the long mantra as appropriate, and finally, accompanied by the offerings and praises of the self-manifest emanation, Visualize the play of the Rupakaya as inseparable from the Dharmadhatu. May all beings quickly be liberated into the realm of clear light through this stainless virtue. May they quickly be liberated into the profound and vast meaning. This is a concise method for maintaining fasting, relying on the yoga of the thousand-armed, thousand-eyed, eleven-faced Avalokiteśvara, spoken by Mati, and well-composed by the scribe Guna Bhadra. May it be virtuous! Table of Contents Here ends the concise method for maintaining fasting. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
