May I and all beings completely perfect the great accumulation of merit and wisdom, and soon be liberated from the ocean of samsara. Then, at the end of enjoying the food, recite the Three Syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：Three Syllables) and the Seven Precious Pills (藏文：སཾ་བྷ་ར་བདུན།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：Seven Precious Pills). I prostrate to the Sugata, rich in jewels, beautiful in form, boundless, and free from all fears. (This is a verse of praise, meaning to pay homage and praise the qualities of the Buddha) This ransom offering, possessing the five qualities of desire, is offered to the obstructing spirits and demons who are the creditors for debts from past lives. And to all sentient beings of the six realms who have been our mothers, may this become the enjoyment that fulfills their respective needs. May blood feuds be purified, obscurations cleansed, and accumulations perfected. Extensive giving, etc., and words such as 'By whom is given,' etc. This is needed by Ngakdrub, written by Mati. If a detailed version is not found when offering fresh portions, first offer the fresh portion, offering with words such as 'Teacher Supreme,' etc., then share the meal with words such as 'Hundred-flavored Delicacies,' etc. Finally, recite the Three Syllables (藏文：འབྲུ་གསུམ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：Three Syllables) and the Seven Precious Pills (藏文：སཾ་བྷ་ར་བདུན།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：Seven Precious Pills) several times, and finally recite: 'Who gives, to whom is given, how is giving unobservable, by the equality of giving, may the patrons completely perfect the two accumulations.' Written by Mati. In the early morning, remember these words: 'Please consider well, Buddhas and retinue. Today, due to the power of the times, whatever actions are not in accordance with the law, please be compassionate and forgive all.' Recite three times. In the evening, confess transgressions: 'Please consider as before, today, any of the five types of transgressions, I regret whatever has occurred, and vow not to repeat it, please allow confession and restoration.' Recite three times. Blessing and Transferring Robes: 'Please consider, deities, this type of robe, I take it out again, and transfer the blessing elsewhere.' 'Thus acting, may it be completely accomplished, and may I be free from all faults of violating vows.' Recite three times. If it is necessary to bless a new robe, the first line remains the same, but change the rest to: 'Today, this object that is suitable for use,' connect with the word 'to,' such as 'to the Dharma robe,' 'to the skirt,' 'to the cushion,' etc., bless it, may it be accomplished. Recite three times. 'Please consider, deities, this utensil, to the needed 'container,' bless it, and act accordingly, may it be in accordance with the vows.' Recite three times. 从那时起，一切都由自己来决定。这些必需品也是应ངག་དབང་ཡེ་ཤེས་（Ngakwang Yeshe）的要求而准备的。 祈请诸佛菩萨和上师垂听！ 我，名为[某某]之人，从此时此刻起，直至证得菩提果位之间，对于别解脱戒、菩萨戒和密乘戒，所有承诺都将恒常守护！愿一切众生迅速获得菩提！这也是应བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དཔལ་（Tseundru Pal）的敦促而作。
