The Collected Teachings of Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD160, including the 'Offering Cloud Dharani' etc. 'Offering Cloud Dharani': Namo Ratna Trayaya, Om Namo Bhagavate, Vajra Sara Pramardani, Tathagataya, Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya, Tadyatha, Om Vajre Vajre, Maha Vajre, Maha Teja Vajre, Maha Vidya Vajre, Maha Bodhicitta Vajre, Maha Bodhi Mantopa Samkramana Vajre, Sarva Karma Avarani Vishodhana Vajre Svaha. The ritual for this dharani is as follows: Merely remembering it will quickly make offerings and prostrations to all the Buddhas and Bhagavan (Lord) in the ten directions, as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River. Offerings will be made with flowers, incense, perfume, garlands, powders, parasols, banners, cushions, mats, clothes, eye ornaments, pure food, and all kinds of decorations. One will be separated from all sins and endowed with all roots of virtue. One will become the true breath of offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and all the secret lords, including Vajrapani, and the four great kings will follow, protect, save, and conceal as if they were shadows. After passing away from here, one will be born in the Sukhavati (the Land of Bliss) world. Even without practice, merely remembering it once will obtain these qualities. Mantra for Invoking the Blessings of Musical Instruments: Om Vajra Gande Ranita, Praranita, Sampraranita, Sarva Buddha Kshetra, Prachalini, Prajnaparamita, Nada Sambhavena, Vajrasattva Hrdaya, Santoshani Hum Hum Hum, Ho Ho Ho, Akham Svaha. Dharani for Avoiding the Fault of Eating Meat: Sambhara, Om Prabha Ra Svaha, Om Abhi Ra Khechara Hum. Reciting this mantra seven times and blowing on meat or bones will avoid the fault of eating meat. This is stated in the 'Manjushri Root Tantra'. Om Supratistha Vajra Ye Svaha. By the power of all the pure virtuous deeds accumulated here, may I, upon abandoning this body, be born excellently in the retinue of the Kalki (Rikden, the Holder of Lineage) king in glorious Shambhala, and may I contribute to the Kalachakra (Wheel of Time) teachings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a prayer made by Chosje Phagla Namgyal. Through this virtue, may I quickly attain the supreme Tathagatagarbha (bde gshegs snying po), relying on profound methods that can destroy the sudden accumulation of defilements, together with the life force, the downward-moving vein, and the root vein. This is a prayer made by one who possesses the Four Reliances. To the Kalachakra (dus kyi 'khor lo) inseparable from the Lama, I respectfully seek refuge and pray. Through the power of the pure white accumulated here, may I be reborn in Shambhala (shambha la) as the son of the Kulika king, and bring great benefit to all teachings and beings. This was also written by Mati. May I and other beings, through accumulated merit and virtue, live well in accordance with the Dharma in all lives, and may we not be transformed by any adverse conditions. This was also written by Mati. May this pure white virtue, along with the great virtues of noble beings, cause the Victorious Dharma to rise high at the end of time, and at the same time spread benefit and happiness to beings, and may it become a great protector of the teachings and beings.
