The essence of Thubten Gyatso (Ocean of the Doctrine of the Able One), Well abiding in the discipline of individual liberation (Sothar), through hearing, thinking, and meditating, Generating the light of wisdom, from liberation, Bless to attain the supreme state! This is the supplication of the lineage of Khenpos with full monastic vows, composed by the Shakya monk Yeshe Gyatso (Ocean of Wisdom). These four supplementary verses were written by Dharmabhadra (Virtuous Dharma). After Kunga (All Joy), the Bhikshu Vajradhara Tendro Pal (Glorious Doctrine), Kunga Nyamnyi (Joyful Equality), the treasury of Sutra and Tantra Dharma! Supplicate the feet of the great Khenpo Dampa Rinchen Zangpo (Precious and Excellent)! Bless my mind-stream! Thubten Gyatso... (repeated below). Matiso!
