On it, draw the seed syllable (藏文：ཏཱྃཿ，梵文天城体：ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) of the Holy Tara (meaning: savior from suffering) and slender eyes, as well as the urna. This twenty-letter mantra is written sequentially, starting from the top of the upper rectangle. That is, on the top and bottom rectangles, the base color is green, and all sides are well prepared, with six mantra letters written on each rectangle. On the left and right rectangles, write four letters each. In this way, after the eye wheel is completed, visualize yourself as Green Tara. In your heart, on top of a moon disc, there is the syllable ཏཱྃཿ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), surrounded by the twenty-letter heart mantra. Bless it with its light. Recite the Tara heart mantra a million times, and then, recite every morning: From the clear light of awareness of the syllable ཏཱྃཿ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), instantly manifest as Tara. In front is the eye wheel, the wisdom eyes of Tara, with a white and bright urna between the eyebrows, clearly appearing. Abide in this nature, and the practitioner single-mindedly gazes at the wisdom wheel in front, with the eyes and mantra naturally appearing. Remember that the body, speech, and mind of Tara are inseparable from oneself. After reciting the twenty-letter mantra a hundred times, merge into the unborn original dharma realm. Oneself and the front both dissolve into light. May this merit quickly attain the body of Tara and swiftly attain unsurpassed enlightenment! By continuously practicing and reciting in this way every day, It will definitely benefit cataracts and other eye diseases.
