《二十施予：度母可读法之精要》 顶礼皈依上师至尊圣度母，其与三宝总集之自性、具德根本上师无二无别。祈请您从轮回与寂灭的怖畏中救护我和一切有情众生。（念诵三遍） 观想在自己面前的虚空中，从信心、恭敬和净观中生起五彩虹光，在虹光交织的中央，二十瓣莲花之上的月轮上，由ཏཱྃཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字化现出薄伽梵母度母，绿度母速勇母以慈爱的笑容绽放，右手结胜施印置于膝上，左手以象征三宝的手印，于心间持着乌巴拉花的茎。美丽的绿色身躯上，圆满具备丝绸和珍宝的装饰。双足半跏趺坐，周围莲花瓣上，是至尊母身光所化现的其他二十尊度母，作为眷属围绕。诸佛母身着天女的装束，具有各种奇妙的姿态。主尊和眷属，从原始法性起即是胜义谛和世俗谛无二无别，是从根本上师金刚持的意法身之游舞中显现，是三密的化现，与虚空等同。安住于事业无边之主的位置，如现量般清晰显现。 七支供：至尊薄伽梵母圣度母二十一度母，与上师的意法身无二无别，以三门极大的恭敬顶礼。轮回和寂灭的一切善妙，所有值得惊叹的供品，全部都恭敬地供养于上师圣众，祈请您以慈悲摄受我。我等从无始轮回以来，直到现在，由于烦恼的力量所积累的一切罪恶、堕落和违犯，从现在起一定忏悔，并且发誓以后不再造作。在十方无尽的刹土中，至尊母所作所为的化现，如大海般洁白广大，我从内心深处欢喜随喜。圣度母薄伽梵母以化身之游舞调伏一切所化。

The Twenty Offerings: An Abridged Essence of Tara's Recitation I prostrate and take refuge in the Guru Jetsun Arya Tara, who is inseparable from the nature of the Three Jewels and the glorious root Guru. Please protect me and all sentient beings from the fears of samsara and nirvana. (Recite three times) Visualize in the sky before you, arising from faith, reverence, and pure perception, a mass of five-colored rainbow light. In the center of this interwoven light, on a moon cushion above a twenty-petaled lotus, from the syllable ཏཱྃཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ताँ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable), emanates the Bhagavan Mother Tara, Green Tara Swift Heroine, with a loving and smiling face. Her right hand is in the gesture of supreme giving, resting on her knee, and her left hand, with the gesture symbolizing the Three Jewels, holds the stem of an Utpala flower at her heart. Her beautiful green body is adorned with silk and precious ornaments. She sits with her two legs in a half-lotus posture, surrounded by twenty other forms of Arya Tara, emanated from the light of the Jetsun Mother's body, as a retinue. These goddesses are fully adorned with celestial garments and possess various wondrous expressions. The main deity and retinue, from the primordial nature of reality, are inseparable as the two truths, arising from the play of the root Guru Vajradhara's mind Dharmakaya, the manifestation of the three secrets, equal to space. Abiding as the master of limitless activities, appearing as clear as manifest reality. The Seven-Branch Offering: To the Jetsun Bhagavan Mother Arya Tara, the twenty-one Taras, inseparable from the Guru's mind Dharmakaya, I prostrate with great reverence through the three doors. All the goodness of samsara and nirvana, all the wonderful offerings, I respectfully offer to the assembly of the Guru and Arya, please accept me with compassion. Whatever sins, downfalls, and transgressions I and others have accumulated from beginningless samsara until now, due to the power of afflictions, from now on I will surely confess and vow to abstain from them in the future. In the boundless realms of the ten directions, I rejoice from the depths of my heart in the glory of the ocean of white virtues, the manifestations of the Jetsun Mother's actions. May you, with your supreme form, remain forever to tame beings, and constantly turn the vast wheel of Dharma! May the noble Tara, with her great deeds, manifest various emanations in pure and impure realms to tame beings of different capacities, without showing the appearance of Nirvana, and abide in this world for a long time! May I and all sentient beings, through such pure and vast accumulation of merit, gradually become beings tamed by the noble Tara, and may we soon merge into the Dharmakaya realm of the Holy Mother Prajnaparamita! Next is the recitation of the lineage: By virtue of accumulating supreme merits before the holy Tara and her retinue through the seven-branch offering and other means, may the holy Tara and her retinue, with great compassion, from the profound activities of right mindfulness, fill the space with the profound sound of the Vajra mantra, bringing temporary and ultimate benefits and happiness to all sentient beings! In particular, may the holy Tara and her retinue extend their right hands, forming the supreme mudra of giving refuge, and may I and those to be protected be well included within it, never departing from your compassionate protection! Here, recite the lineage of the Twenty-One Taras praise, along with its benefits, and finally: Having respectfully offered praises and prostrations to the holy Tara and her retinue, may you be extremely pleased, and in an instant, may the main figures and retinue all transform into green light, dissolving into the crown of my head, and may my three doors be blessed by the power of the blessings of the holy Tara's body, speech, and mind! Next is the dedication and aspiration: May I, through the power of the pure virtuous deeds of praising and prostrating to the holy Tara and her retinue, live this life only with the favorable conditions of the true Dharma, and may there be no obstacles of non-Dharma and evil circumstances from this life until death in the practice of the true Dharma! In all my lives, may the compassion of the noble Tara and her retinue never abandon me, and may the blessings and auspicious signs appear in time!
