《至诚祈祷圣救度母》 顶礼圣救度母！ 至诚祈祷圣救度母 唉玛吙！（感叹词，表示稀有、惊叹）在胜妙的严饰清净刹土中， 端坐着至尊圣救度母，您具大慈悲。 我如孩子呼唤母亲般，以悲切的呼唤之声， 祈请您，慈悲的圣母，请垂视我！ 我这弱小者，身处此地， 为内外诸般灾难所困扰，疲惫不堪。 无有自主，为业力所驱使。 您的智慧与慈悲，定能无碍地照见这一切。 您时时垂视，请伸出慈悲之手！ 祈求您从一切违逆的怖畏中，守护救拔我。 如果我的境况您都不能照见， 那么我至诚祈愿又有何意义呢？ 除了慈悲的圣母您，我这不幸之人， 再无其他的怙主与救护。 因此，无论我如何向您祈求， 若不能满怀慈悲地实现我的愿望， 我将心灰意冷，希望断绝。 唉！慈爱的天女啊，您难道没有顾念吗？ 如今我仍以至诚的信心与强烈的渴望， 眼含热泪， 恳切地祈求您从怖畏中救度我， 难道您会以漠视来回应吗，慈爱的圣母？ 无论今生来世， 请您永不舍弃地摄受我， 如慈母般利益您的孩子， 时时做我的怙主、救护与助伴。 为了满足具名者的虔诚愿望，玛智（作者自谦）如是说，其兄弟随后记录下来。

《Praying to Arya Tara from the Heart》 Homage to Arya Tara! Praying to Arya Tara from the Heart Emaho! In the supreme pure land of arrayed turquoise, Resides the venerable Arya Tara, full of compassion. Like a child calling to its mother, with a voice of longing, I call to you, compassionate one, look upon me with your loving-kindness! I, a small and insignificant being, dwelling in this place, Am tormented by inner and outer afflictions, weary and exhausted. Driven by karma, without any freedom of my own, Your wisdom and compassion see all this without obstruction. You always watch over me, please extend your long hand of compassion! I beseech you to protect and save me from all adverse fears. If you do not see my situation, Then what is the point of my heartfelt prayers? Apart from you, compassionate Arya Tara, This unfortunate one has no other protector or refuge. Therefore, no matter how much I rely on you, If you do not fulfill my hopes with loving-kindness, I will become disheartened and lose all hope. Alas! Loving goddess, have you not considered me? Even now, with sincere faith and intense longing, With tears welling up in my eyes, I earnestly pray that you save me from fear, Will you respond with indifference, loving mother? In this life and all future lives, Please hold me close without ever abandoning me, Like a loving mother benefiting her child, Always be my protector, refuge, and companion.
