《昂旺·罗卓扎巴大师教言集》JNLD54 《沙弥应重视的实修》 5-417 沙弥应重视的实修 沙弥应重视的实修 在此，关于适时沙弥应如何重视实修：受沙弥戒后，圆满守护不犯四根本罪至关重要。对于应忏悔之事，尽力做到不饮酒，努力过午不食，谨慎避免杀生等行为。对于虚妄之语，当今时代，若为利益正法，则另当别论，否则，应尽可能避免以欺骗手段迷惑他人。尤其是在不祥之地，诽谤上师乃重罪。象征僧人的袈裟应恒常穿戴，为了不失去三种僧相（出家相），即受持出家之相，舍弃在家之相，除非为了避免这些过失，否则不必像比丘一样必须时刻不离袈裟。此外，对于僧团内部，应谨慎避免挑拨离间的言语。对于在家众面前，应避免不雅的身体嬉戏，如不知羞耻等行为。对于言语，应避免大声喧哗、争论不休，应观察能否适时停止对供养处、施主等的喧闹。否则，若有未完善之处，应在僧众安居或诵戒时忆起并忏悔。自受持出家戒以来，应尽力专注于佛法之事，并尽量放松对世俗之事的执着。总的来说，在三学（戒定慧）中，别解脱戒如瓦罐，菩萨戒如瓦罐中的水，密咒戒如水中月影。对于初学者而言，许多先贤班智达和成就者都曾一致强调这一点。因此，若别解脱戒衰损，则菩萨戒和密咒戒都将无所依凭，一切都将消失。故三戒之根本在于别解脱戒。而别解脱戒中，出家众分为沙弥和比丘，沙弥戒本身就是生起和增进一切别解脱戒、菩萨戒和密咒戒的基础，如《谛实摄持经》所云：‘犹如妙好宝瓶为珍宝之器，如是戒律乃生一切法之基。’ 5-418 如是等等，此乃玛迪所言。 目录 沙弥应重视的实修

Regarding things to be confessed, do your best not to drink alcohol, strive to eat before noon as much as possible, and be cautious to avoid taking life. Regarding false speech, in this day and age, if it benefits the Dharma, then it is another matter; otherwise, avoid deceiving others as much as possible. Especially in ominous places, slandering the guru is a grave offense. The monastic robes, symbolizing the Sangha, should be worn constantly. In order not to lose the three aspects of a renunciate—taking the vows of renunciation and abandoning the signs of a householder—unless it is to avoid these faults, it is not necessary to be inseparable from the robes like a bhikshu. Furthermore, within the Sangha, be cautious to avoid divisive speech. In front of laypeople, avoid unseemly physical play, such as shameless behavior. With speech, avoid loud laughter and arguing, and observe whether it is possible to stop the noise towards the objects of veneration and patrons. Otherwise, if there are any imperfections, remember and confess them during the summer retreat or confession ceremonies. Since taking the vows of renunciation, strive to focus on Dharma activities as much as possible, and see if you can relax your attachment to worldly affairs. In general, among the three trainings (ethics, concentration, and wisdom), the Pratimoksha vows are like a clay pot, the Bodhisattva vows are like water in the clay pot, and the Secret Mantra vows are like the reflection of the moon in the water. For beginners, many past pandits and siddhas have repeatedly emphasized this point. Therefore, if the Pratimoksha vows are weakened, the Bodhisattva and Mantra vows will have no basis, and everything will disappear. Thus, the root of the three vows is the Pratimoksha vows. Among the Pratimoksha vows, renunciates are divided into novices and bhikshus, and the novice vows themselves are the basis for the arising and development of all the teachings of the Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Mantra vows, just as the 'Tathata-samgraha Sutra' says: 'Just as a good vase is a vessel for jewels, so is ethics the basis for the arising of all dharmas.' 5-418 So forth, these are the words of Mati.
