《摧伏力自在者供养忏悔祈请简轨——圆满有寂功德》 那摩 咕噜 释 悉嘿汝嘎 杂度木卡亚（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）：敬礼上师 希汝嘎 四面者 吽，摧伏力自在者与四大明妃，十四傲慢者、门神，以及二十一位罗刹等，所有具誓海众眷属，以身语意之殊胜所依，内外密之供云，常供、定供、恒常食子等，无量真实受用及意幻供养，祈请满足黑怙主之意愿。 祈请满足四面大天之意愿！具光彩之自在者，婆罗门之形象者，四大姊妹明妃，祈请满足海众眷属之意愿！ 我等师徒眷属，身语意之所有罪堕皆忏悔。祈赐圆满二种成就。祈愿佛法与持教者兴盛，世间安乐繁荣。 如根本传承上师之教敕，以及怙主您之承诺，愿萨迦派之政教一切，皆能兴盛稳固。愿无死昆氏萨迦之血脉，迅速降临，息灭违缘。祈愿寿命与事业圆满，成为一切众生之怙主。 祈愿我等师徒眷属，远离罪障、疾病、邪魔、障碍。所有心愿皆如法成办。祈愿有寂之财富权势，皆能摄受。 将怨敌魔障化为灰烬。从今乃至菩提果，除怙主您外无有其他救护者。因此，请以慈悲垂念，圆满有寂之功德。 《摧伏力自在者供养忏悔祈请简轨——圆满有寂功德》，因萨迦巴昆洛认为此法至关重要，故迅速撰写。书写者为觉隆巴·索南沃热。愿吉祥！

“A Brief Offering, Confession, and Entrustment to the Subjugating Powerful One—Perfecting the Qualities of Existence and Peace” Namo Guru Shri Heruka Chaturmukha ya: Homage to the Guru, Shri Heruka, the Four-Faced One. Hum, Subjugating Powerful One and the Four Great Consorts, the Fourteen Arrogant Ones, the Door Guardians, and the Twenty-one Rakshasas, etc., all the oath-bound ocean of retinues, with the supreme supports of body, speech, and mind, outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, constant offerings, fixed offerings, perpetual tormas, etc., immeasurable actual enjoyments and mind-created offerings, please fulfill the heart commitment of the Black Lord. Please fulfill the heart commitment of the Great God with Four Faces! Glorious Powerful One, in the form of a Brahmin, the Four Great Sister Consorts, please fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of retinues! We, the teachers, disciples, and retinues, confess all downfalls and transgressions of body, speech, and mind without exception. Grant the two kinds of accomplished attainments. May the teachings and the holders of the teachings flourish, and may the world be happy and prosperous. According to the commands of the root and lineage lamas, and the promise of you, the Protector, may all the religious and political affairs of the Sakya school flourish and be stable. May the immortal Khon lineage, the Sakya lineage, quickly appear and pacify obstacles. May your life and activities be fulfilled, and may you become the protector of all beings. May we, the teachers, disciples, and retinues, be protected from sins, obscurations, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. May all our wishes be accomplished according to Dharma. May the wealth and power of existence and peace be gathered. Reduce enemies and obstructors to dust. From now until enlightenment, there is no other refuge than you, the Supreme Lord. Therefore, please consider us with compassion and perfect the qualities of existence and peace.
