昂旺衮嘎罗卓教言集NKL48སྒྲོལ་དཀར་ཚེ་ཁྲིད་ཟླ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོ་བསྡུས་པའི་གསལ་བྱེད་དམ་ཟུར་འདེབས་བཞུགས་སོ།། 3-675 ༄༅། །སྒྲོལ་དཀར་ཚེ་ཁྲིད་ཟླ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོ་བསྡུས་པའི་གསལ་བྱེད་དམ་ཟུར་འདེབས་བཞུགས་སོ།། ༄༅། །སྒྲོལ་དཀར་ཚེ་ཁྲིད་ཟླ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་སྙིང་པོ་བསྡུས་པའི་གསལ་བྱེད་དམ་ཟུར་འདེབས་བཞུགས་སོ།། ཟླུམ་གཏོར་ཆུ་གཉིས་སྔོན་འགྲོའི་ཉེར་མཆོད་རྡོར་དྲིལ། མཆོད་པ་བྱིན་རླབས་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་བརྒྱ་ རྒྱམ་བཞིན་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་གསལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་ཚེ། དེའི་མཐའ་བསྐོར་དུ། ད་སྔགས་དོན་སྦྱིན་པའི་བདག་པོའི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱས་པར་མཛོད་ན་པ་ཏི་ཨ་ཡུཿཔུཎྱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཞེས་དང་། བཟླས་བྱའི་སྔགས་ལའང་སྤེལ་ཚིག་འདི་བཞིན། རང་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་སྐུར་གྱུར་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ། དམིགས་རྟེན་ཡོད་ན་དང་། མེད་ན་ཐ་མལ་གྱི་སྣང་བ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏས་བསངས། སྭ་བྷཱ་ ཝས་སྦྱངས། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར་པཾ་ལས་པདྨ་དཀར་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ནས། སྟེང་དུ་བར། ཏཱཾ་ཡིག་དཀར་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ནས་གྱུར་པ་ལས་བར། རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་ནས། དབུར་རྒྱན་པར་བདག་ བསྐྱེད་བཞིན་གཏོར་མ་བསངས་སྦྱངས་བྱིན་རླབས་བརྒྱ་རྒྱམ་བཞིན་འབུལ་ཚུལ་བསྟོད་པ་འདོད་གསོལ་བཅས་དཀར་ཆག་བཞིན། དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡི་མྱུར་དུ་བདག་སོགས་སོ།། །།

《白度母长寿引导甘露之流》修持精要释文或补遗 《白度母长寿引导甘露之流》修持精要释文或补遗 《白度母长寿引导甘露之流》修持精要释文或补遗。 圆食子、水两种前行供品、金刚铃杵。 供养加持修法如百倍仪轨般念诵咒语时，在其周围念诵：‘以此咒力，祈愿施主之寿命、福德、智慧增长，Om Ayu Punya Jnana Pushtim Kuru’。 念诵的咒语也同样加上这四句。自身刹那间变成圣救度母后，若有观修所依，或无有则于庸常显现中，以甘露（ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，Amrita，梵文罗马拟音：amrita，不死）净化，以自性空（སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，Sva-bhāva，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，自性）清净。从空性中，前方虚空中，从pam（པཾ，种子字）中生出白莲花，直至上方。从tām（ཏཱཾ，种子字）字白色光芒所化现的圣救度母，直至顶上装饰，如自生本尊般，食子清净、加持，如百倍仪轨般供养，赞颂、祈愿等如目录。 以此善根，愿我等速疾成就。

Round torma, water – two preliminary offerings, vajra and bell. When reciting the mantra for blessing the offerings like a hundredfold practice, around it, recite: 'By the power of this mantra, may the life, merit, and wisdom of the benefactor increase, Om Ayu Punya Jnana Pushtim Kuru'. The mantra to be recited also includes these four phrases. Instantly transforming oneself into the Holy Tara, if there is an object of meditation, or if not, in ordinary appearance, purify with Amrita (ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，Amrita，Sanskrit transliteration: amrita，immortality), cleanse with Svabhava (སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，Sva-bhāva，Sanskrit transliteration: svabhāva，self-nature). From emptiness, in the space in front, from pam (པཾ，seed syllable) arises a white lotus, up to the top. From tām (ཏཱཾ，seed syllable) the white light transforms into the Holy Tara, up to the crown, like the self-arisen deity, purify and bless the torma, offer like a hundredfold practice, praise, aspiration, etc., as in the catalog.
