《开眼之教言：遣除无明翳障之金针》 顶礼洛给夏ra耶（观世音，梵文：Avalokiteśvara，梵文罗马拟音：Avalokiteśvara，汉语字面意思：观自在）。 从主尊娘饶（Nyag-ral Nyangrel Nyima Özer）之伏藏大悲观音法门中，修持开眼之教言方法如下： 皈依佛法僧三宝，修持四无量心。以 स्वाभाव (藏文：སྭ་བྷ་ཝ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性) 咒语净化为空性。于空性中，由 प (藏文：པཾ།，梵文天城体：प，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：莲花) 化生莲花，由 अ (藏文：ཨ།，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无) 化生月轮，其上生出白色种字 ह्रीः (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大悲心)。 放光，利益自他。光芒收摄，自身转成大悲观音，身色洁白，一面四臂。前两手结施眼印，后右手持盛满甘露之银瓶，后左手持银镜。以丝绸和珍宝装饰，双足并立。于其心间，白色 ह्रीः (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大悲心) 字周围绕以咒鬘，放射光明，从开眼手印之尖端触及众生，平息因风、胆、痰、积聚病、贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴所致的一切眼疾。 诸佛菩萨之慈悲加持力，化为光芒融入心间的 ह्रीः (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大悲心) 字及咒鬘中，加持自相续，获得智慧之眼。 持念珠计数，念诵：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཧཱུ་ཡ་ཧཱུ་ཡ། ཧཱུ་དུ། ཧཱུ་དུ། ཀི་ལི། ཀི་ལི། ཙཀྵཱུ་མཻ་ཏྲི་ཤ་ཏྲུན་ཡ་སྭཱཧཱ། （嗡 户雅 户雅 户度 户度 吉利 吉利 擦克殊 麦 札 舍 札 伦 雅 梭哈） 念诵完毕后，平时以左手无名指之根部，若眼睛不适，则以不适眼睛对应手指之根部，念诵 ཐུ་གསུམ། ཧཱུ་གསུམ། ཕུ་གསུམ། （突三，户三，普三），然后以唾沫涂抹于左右指尖，平时先涂左眼，若眼睛不适，则从不适之眼眶开始，以两手指交叉，从左右向外擦拭。之后念诵： ‘无垢身色洁白等，具足一切智智慧眼，远离过患，我以恭敬心开启圣眼，愿如虚空般无边无际的众生，皆能获得诸佛之智慧眼。ཨོཾ་ཙཀྵཱུ་ཙཀྵཱུ་ས་མནྟ་ཙཀྵཱུ་བི་ཤྭ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ། （嗡 擦克殊 擦克殊 萨曼达 擦克殊 贝 舍 达 涅 梭哈）’ 愿以此功德，我速疾成就观世音，不遗余力地将一切众生，安置于彼果位。’祈愿吉祥！

The Teaching on Opening the Eyes: The Golden Needle that Removes the Cataract of Ignorance Namo Lokeshvaraye (Avalokiteśvara). From the terma (treasure teaching) of the Lord Nyang-ral, the Great Compassion, the method of practicing the teaching on opening the eyes is as follows: Take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and cultivate the four immeasurables. Purify into emptiness with the स्वाभाव (Swa-bha-wa) mantra. From emptiness, from प (pam) arises a lotus, from अ (a) arises a moon disc, and upon it arises the white seed syllable ह्रीः (hrīḥ). Radiate light, benefiting oneself and others. The light gathers back, and one transforms into Great Compassion, white in color, with one face and four arms. The first two hands form the eye-opening mudra, the lower right hand holds a silver vase filled with nectar, and the lower left hand holds a silver mirror. Adorned with silk and jewels, standing with both feet together. At its heart, the white syllable ह्रीः (hrīḥ) is surrounded by a mantra garland, radiating light, touching sentient beings from the tip of the eye-opening mudra, pacifying all eye diseases caused by wind, bile, phlegm, accumulated diseases, desire, hatred, and ignorance. The compassion and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas transform into light and dissolve into the ह्रीः (hrīḥ) syllable and mantra garland at the heart, blessing the mindstream and granting the wisdom eye. Count the mala (rosary), reciting: ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཧཱུ་ཡ་ཧཱུ་ཡ། ཧཱུ་དུ། ཧཱུ་དུ། ཀི་ལི། ཀི་ལི། ཙཀྵཱུ་མཻ་ཏྲི་ཤ་ཏྲུན་ཡ་སྭཱཧཱ། (Tadyatha Om Hūya Hūya Hūdu Hūdu Kili Kili Chakṣu Maitri Shatrunya Svaha) After reciting, usually touch the root of the left ring finger, or if the eyes are uncomfortable, touch the root of the finger corresponding to the uncomfortable eye, reciting ཐུ་གསུམ། ཧཱུ་གསུམ། ཕུ་གསུམ། (Thu gsum, Hū gsum, Phu gsum), then apply saliva to the tips of the fingers, usually starting with the left eye, or if the eyes are uncomfortable, start from the socket of the uncomfortable eye, crossing the two fingers and wiping outwards from left to right. Then recite: 'Spotless, with a white body, possessing all-knowing wisdom eyes, free from faults, I open the sacred eye with reverence, may all sentient beings, as boundless as the sky, obtain the wisdom eye of the Buddhas. ཨོཾ་ཙཀྵཱུ་ཙཀྵཱུ་ས་མནྟ་ཙཀྵཱུ་བི་ཤྭ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ། (Om Chakṣu Chakṣu Samanta Chakṣu Vishva Dhane Svaha)' 'May I quickly attain Avalokiteśvara through this merit, and may I place all beings without exception on that ground.'
