༄༅། །莲师祈请文“心愿速成”敬录于此。 唉玛吙！ 湖中莲茎之蕊上， 五身智慧自然成就之天， 自生大莲师父母尊， 祈请空行云聚之嬉戏。 祈愿心愿迅速得成就。 以恶业所造之果报力， 疾病邪魔障碍战争饥馑众， 忆念您容颜顷刻即灭除， 邬金王请您铭记此誓愿。 祈愿心愿迅速得成就。 信心与戒律布施常串习， 闻法解脱相续知惭有愧心， 圆满智慧七圣财， 融入一切有情相续中， 祈请赐予世间安乐幸福。 祈愿心愿迅速得成就。 无论何人遭遇疾病痛苦不悦意， 鬼神作祟或受国王惩罚， 火水猛兽险道大怖畏， 乃至寿终临近之际， 除您之外别无救护与依靠， 邬金莲师请您垂慈悯。 祈愿心愿迅速得成就。 如是，为息灭藏地一切疾病饥荒，增益教法与众生之安乐，具信者请铭记于心。 善哉！善哉！善哉！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文，天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）

Upon the lotus stem in the center of the lake, The deity of the five bodies of wisdom spontaneously accomplished, The great self-born Padma father and mother, I supplicate to the play of the cloud gatherings of dakinis. Bless me to swiftly accomplish my wishes. Through the power of the ripening of negative karma, Diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, wars, and famines, The moment your face is remembered, they are all eliminated, O Ugyen King, I urge you from my heart to remember your promise. Bless me to swiftly accomplish my wishes. Faith, discipline, and generosity are practiced, Hearing liberates the mind, shame and embarrassment are known, The seven treasures of perfect wisdom, May they thoroughly enter the minds of all sentient beings, And grant happiness and well-being to the world. Bless me to swiftly accomplish my wishes. Whoever encounters illness, suffering, or unwanted circumstances, Demonic influences or the king's punishment, Fire, water, wild animals, dangerous paths, great fears, Or even when approaching the end of life, There is no other refuge or hope but you, Guru Ugyen, please have compassion. Bless me to swiftly accomplish my wishes. Thus, in order to pacify all diseases and famines in Tibet, and to increase the happiness of the Dharma and beings, may the faithful keep this in mind. Good!
