༄༅། །终极遗嘱孤本在此。 嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！ 各种瑜伽士自解脱，为有缘者之教诲。 唉玛吙！ 归纳为终极一事，即是如此。 无人造作，本初自生之，心性之王，自性圆满大。 此珍宝之藏，恒常观之。 不动三者具，风智托于空。 自生光明之宫殿，自识之王金刚链。 明空无执，显现于虚空之中。 安住于显现而无自性之状态。 。清净显现此物，乃诸法皆空之色。 如幻如阳焰，如水中之月。 种种心念，犹如生起之风。 随显现莫忆持，任其自然放。 无有可修，乃诸法皆空之色。 随显现之王，安住于任运自成之状态。 自识自解脱，解脱非由他。 莫作矫饰，安住于自然放松。 。安住于不变平等之状态。 如是修持之瑜伽士，于何者执着，亦必舍弃之。 若生起目标执着，则非瑜伽士。 随显现无执着，则随意享用。 内在自声显现于外之时，无论生起何种觉受、显现、增减，莫作否定肯定，乃是明觉之幻化。 无所依之王，转为无执之状态。 好坏取舍，皆为戏论之状态。 二取相，皆为错觉之色。 勤作执着，皆为障蔽之半。 希冀恐惧之束缚，皆为执着之因。 原始之状态，乃言说不及之基、道、果。 无有舍取、勤作、希冀、恐惧、偏袒。 安住于彼处，一切皆为法身。 。放下自解脱，无勤任运之境。 若见实相，则无任何根基。 顿超见中，毫无修持之微尘。 远离骄慢，则无有行为。 立断见中，无有忆持对治。 顿入见中，无有心执修持。 若生起分别念，则随显现自解脱。 莫作勤作，安住于自然放松。 。原始本真，无作赤裸，一切显现，皆显现为法身刹土。 此乃上师口诀之总集，为后世瑜伽士之义利而著。

༄༅། །The ultimate single testament is here. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Various yogis self-liberated, instructions for the fortunate ones. Emaho! To condense into one ultimate thing, it is like this. Unmade by anyone, primordially self-arisen, the king of mind itself, the great perfection of self-nature. Always look at this precious treasure. The three immutable ones possessed, wind-awareness entrusted to the sky. In the palace of light arising from oneself, the self-awareness king, the vajra chain. Clear and empty, without grasping, it arises in the center of the sky. Rest in the state where appearances have no inherent nature. This pure appearance is the form of emptiness in all ways. Like an illusion, a mirage, like a moon in water. These various minds are like the arising wind. Whatever arises, do not hold onto memories, let it go as it pleases. There is nothing to meditate on, it is the form of emptiness in all ways. Enjoy the king of whatever arises in the state of spontaneous perfection. Self-awareness is self-liberated, liberation is not from another. Do not fabricate or adulterate, rest in natural relaxation. It remains in the state of unchanging equality. The yogi who practices in this way, whatever he clings to, he must also surely let go. If attachment to a target arises, then it is not yoga. If there is no attachment to whatever arises, then enjoy as you please. When the inner self-sound arises outwardly, whatever experiences, appearances, increases, or decreases may occur, do not affirm or deny, it is the magic of awareness. The king without support transforms into a state without grasping. Good and bad, acceptance and rejection, all are in a state of elaboration. Dualistic appearances, all phenomena are the form of illusion. All effort and clinging are half veils. All bonds of hope and fear are the cause of clinging. This primordial state is beyond words, the basis, path, and fruit. There is no rejection or acceptance, effort, hope, fear, or bias. Remaining in that place, all are the Dharmakaya. Letting go, self-liberation, effortless, whatever the object. If you see the true nature, there is no basis whatsoever. In the seeing of direct transcendence, there is not a speck of meditation. Free from pride, there is no conduct. In the seeing of cutting through, there is no antidote of mindfulness. In the seeing of direct crossing, there is no mind-holding meditation. If conceptual thoughts arise, then whatever arises is self-liberated. Do not make effort, rest in natural relaxation. Original, natural, unmade, transparent, and whatever appears, all appear as the pure land of Dharmakaya. This is a compilation of all the guru's instructions, for the benefit of future yogis.

安置。如此修持吧，种姓之子！于佛陀之地无难安乐行。身与智慧无有分离之状态中，利他任运成就，成为佛法之王。如巨船靠岸，客人登船一般，前往无垢光芒解脱之洲。停留的时间短暂，精勤修持吧，孩子！善妙吉祥！善哉！出自《祖先的遗产》中，《龙钦心髓》（龙钦巴尊者全集）第八函，《祖先的遗产》中，《空行心滴》。

Arrangement. Practice like this, son of lineage! Go to the Buddha-ground effortlessly and happily. In a state where body and wisdom are inseparable, altruistic activities are spontaneously accomplished, and you become the king of Dharma. Just as a large ship docks and guests board, go to the stainless light, the island of liberation. The time to stay is short, practice diligently, child! May it be virtuous and auspicious! Excellent!
