༄༅། །空行心髓之诛业黑母命修朵玛灌顶。 顶礼种姓空行父母五尊！为令师徒无有障碍故，今行地基仪轨已竟，授与黑刽命力灌顶。此后师徒一切众，于前方虚空中央，观想无量光蕴炽燃之中央，上师本尊空行护法众，如云聚般降临之面前，生起黑刽及其眷属。观想诸佛持明，思维今日成办诸事业。献广大荟供朵玛供。授予四主尊之朵玛灌顶。 吼！ 黑空行母不驯顺，食肉血眼罗刹面，恐怖身相空行主，黑母手持有情之兵器，毛发兵器劫末火，乘黑风而抖发，身穿有情之皮衣，度脱三千世界，于口中置入红心，口中流血啾噜噜，三眼怒视龇牙咧嘴，胡须火燃散布烟尘之兵器，人头鬘环绕杀戮之海。 邬金教言与持明上师之教言，尤其空行母誓言印持之随从，守护灌顶与教敕教之教法。 嗡 恰卡列 黑母 杀！ 索玛 德热 杀！ 宁 卡卡 塔玛 亚亚 杀！ 匝瓦 贝热木 杀！ 嘎亚 杀！ 尼雅 杀！ 惹摩 泽达 惹布！ 若不守护誓言则断誓言，若守护则助我成办！放置右侧之诛业朵玛。 吼！ 食肉红母豺狼面，身骑尸体口饮心血，右侧之食肉请成办事业！ 放置左侧之朵玛。 吼！ 黑母狐面凶猛之身相，毛发兵器充满剃刀，触及度脱三千世界之母，以索套剃刀断肝肺，食肉饮血啃噬骨骸，请随教敕成办事业！ 放置前方之朵玛。 吼！ 前方之断命食肉母，黑母猫头鹰面持铁喙，血刃兵器千重刺敌心，铁喙利爪断命脉，刹那游走三千世界之母，咂舌三千世界心血流，三千世界食其食，三有世界饮其饮，诛业天女及其眷属！

Flesh-eating mother who cuts off life in front, black mother, owl face, iron claws, blood-stained weapons, stabbing the hearts of a thousand enemies, iron beak and claws cutting off life force, mother who roams the three thousand worlds in an instant, smacking her lips, the heart blood of the three thousand worlds flows, eating the food of the three thousand worlds, drinking the thirst of the three realms, killing goddess and her retinue!
