The Essential Instructions for Dakini Heart Essence: The Longevity Accomplishment of the Five Goddesses. Homage to the Mother of the Lineage, Dakini, Mistress of Life, Goddess of Bliss. From the pure lineage of Longsal Nyingma, the aggregate of elements, the essence of parents as the basis of consciousness, transformed by karma and conditions. When the essence of the elements is disturbed, the key points are missed, causing the separation of body and mind. Therefore, practice the longevity accomplishment of the goddess. Thus, for the practitioner of the sacred Dharma, to protect against obstacles to life, examine death and perform ransom. The examination should be understood elsewhere. Although many methods of ransom are explained, the longevity accomplishment of the goddess is particularly excellent. This has three parts: preliminary, main, and concluding. The preliminary practice is preceded by refuge and bodhicitta. In a clean place, create a platform, place fragrant nectar tormas, arrange five heaps of barley, pour chang into the vase, also place five butter pills, put in various grains, medicines, and jewels, create a fruit-bearing top ornament, tie silk neck cords and a liberation cord, give the obstacle-dispelling torma and also create boundaries. Invite the lama, yidam, and dakini, offer offerings, tormas, and torma feasts. Then comes the main part of the sequence. On the seat of the sun and moon on the crown of the head, the longevity goddess is white in color, adorned with precious jewels, holding a longevity vase in her hand. Light radiates from her body, speech, and mind, touching my body, speech, and mind. After purifying the three obscurations, visualize the body as a crystal egg. Then the goddess dissolves into me. Generate yourself as the goddess above, recite the mantra, and light radiates to the vase. From inside the vase, the lamas, yidams, and dakinis of the ten directions, as well as the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Dakini assemblies, Dharma protectors, and other powerful ones, gather all life and merit, dissolving and swirling into the vase. The signs appear as follows: wearing armor on the body, dreaming of crossing a river, the sun rising and climbing upwards, dreaming of grains and enjoyment, dreaming of drinking a stream of nectar. When these signs appear, place the vase on your own crown, from the vase descend to the heart center, in the center of the four petals of the heart lotus and the fifth place, meditate on the unchanging and eternal abiding. Then drink and wash with the water of the vase, eat the butter of the vase yourself. Thus, receive the accomplishment. The benefit of this longevity practice is: even a yogi whose life is exhausted will obtain the life of Brahma. If one has karmic connection, one will have a life like the sun and moon, like an immortal vajra. Whoever practices this meditation, the eight untimely deaths will not occur, sudden illnesses and evil spirits will not be able to harm them. Life will be transferred to the land of the Dakinis. Regarding the examination and deception of death, although many methods of deception are taught, this longevity practice of the five goddesses, is personally by Padmasambhava, taken from the 'Space Clarity Tantra' because of its profundity, not transmitted to others, but hidden as a treasure, may it meet with those who have karmic connection!
