༄༅། The Nyingthig Ambrosia Hand Offering Homage to the Three Roots! The method for the hand offering of the Tsok wheel is as follows: Place a skull cup filled with ambrosia in front of you. First, generate the three minds. Touch the alcohol with the ring finger of your left hand. On the palm of your right hand, draw a Dharma wheel, with four lotus petals between two circles. In the center, draw a Dharma source Dharma wheel from your own perspective. In the middle, say "Shrima (藏文:ཧྲཱི་མ་,梵文天城体:श्रीमा,梵文罗马拟音:shrima,汉语字面意思:Auspicious Mother)" and stack two bindus, visualizing the horse and pig as a union of father and mother. On the side of the fingers, draw three crescents and say "Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om ah hum,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Hum)", placing a bindu on each. Thus, generate the wheel of body, speech, and mind. On the four lotus petals, from your own perspective, to the east, say "Ra Ha" and stack two bindus, visualizing the Vajra Dakini as a union of father and mother. To the south, say "Tsa Ri" and stack two bindus, visualizing the Ratna Dakini as a union of father and mother. To the west, say "Hri Ni" and stack two bindus, visualizing the Padma Dakini as a union of father and mother. To the north, say "Sa Ya" and stack two bindus, visualizing the Karma Dakini as a union of father and mother. Then, cover the alcohol with your hand and say "Om Ah Hum Shrima Ha Re Ni Sa Ra Tsa Shri Ya Sa Ma Ya Stam (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱི་མ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲཱི་ཡ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om ah hum shrima ha re ni sa ra tsa shri ya sa ma ya stam,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Hum Shrima Ha Re Ni Sa Ra Tsa Shri Ya Sa Ma Ya Stam)". By saying this, the white and red bodhicitta of the union of the father and mother descends, mixing with the ambrosia in the skull cup, and you contemplate it as being white and red in color, possessing a hundred supreme tastes. Then, raise your right hand upwards, and with the ring finger of your left hand, take the ambrosia from the skull cup and offer it once each to the Lama father and mother at the crown of your head, the main deity father and mother in the palm of your hand, the three wheels of body, speech, and mind, and the four families of Dakini fathers and mothers. Contemplate that they dissolve into your mouth, are pleased, and bestow the desired siddhis. Then, offer both palms to your face, contemplating that the assembly of deities dissolves into you, and with the pride of being the deity, partake of the ambrosia. Also, give it to others who share the same samaya. This is called the outer and inner Tsok offering of the Three Roots. Padmasambhava of Oddiyana instructed Jomo Kharchenza Tso Gyal. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Khatam! The Nyingthig Ambrosia Hand Offering.
