བསམ་གཏན་མིག་གི་སྒྲོན་མ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། ཧཱུྃ༔ 自性金刚萨埵髅骨传承身，我顶礼！唉玛，以今生成就佛果故，具缘精要欲求者，为现证法性要诀故，行持要诀轮回涅槃分，尸林空旷处所行，禅修要诀安住姿势三，身语意三缓和极珍重，见之要诀不动三钉橛༔ 恒常串习髅骨传承，眼之明点药合剂བུ་ཛ་ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）咒语念诵，法唯一之身与根眼面见故，觉性量圆满，错觉成佛陀，身蕴无余，三千世界充满，见闻一切轮回皆倒转，任运成就，成为普贤王如来。如我微尘般之瑜伽士，内外秘密无上胜义之，极密心要胜妙方便勤，来世心子定成大持明。如是为令最初瑜伽眼得明，故当暖眼并按摩，增益眼力令其明，则取印度阿柔拉、余甘子、阿瓦草、常山及，蛇肉等分如药掺和，和蜜空腹食一丸，眼力增盛，觉性髅骨传承明。又取牛乳与山楂树皮屑，老旧黑花玛瑙研末，乌鸦蛋黄四者合，初一、空亡及鱼日，清晨先以冷水净眼面，然后以彼等涂眼上，次晨饮用熬炼黄牛乳，加入冰糖，则眼不昏花，觉性髅骨传承明。取石蜘蛛如药掺和，和白蜜涂眼，能除白翳。又取水晶、人头碗、龙脑香、麝香等分调合，和童ས་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）乳涂眼，觉性髅骨传承明。又取紫药、蛙背及，干旱拉木草与，ཞུན་ཐིག་ལེ་和，萨然擦等那些，按照比例混合后，与哺乳期的母乳混合，反复涂抹在眼睛上，七天后，眼睛的昏花会减轻一半，觉性如金刚链般清晰。又，铜灰和颅骨，两者仔细研磨后，与乳酪混合涂抹在眼睛上，眼干涩、红肿和白内障会痊愈，觉性会清晰。晚上在肚脐上涂抹酥油并揉搓，眼干涩和嘴唇僵硬会痊愈。又，薄荷和麝香水，晚上涂抹在肚脐上，眼睛会明亮，即使去雪山也不会冻伤。平时早上屏住呼吸，用两手掌用力捂住双眼，然后用清水洗净，眼睛的翳障就会消除，这叫做“洗眼”，不会得白内障，而且会变得明亮。又，如果眼睛里长了赘肉，空腹时，在一个热馒头里放一块酥油，用那热气熏眼睛，口中念诵：嗡 ﺳྲིན་ལོང （藏文，梵文天城体，srilliṁga，魔眼）二十一遍，然后吃下去，就会痊愈。又，如果眼睛里长了翳膜，麝香、白糖、豆蔻、蜂蜡，按照比例混合后，稍微涂抹在眼睛上，多多念诵此咒，用鸽子的细毛从舌尖取下，涂抹在眼睛上，就会痊愈。嗡 ལྷྀང་ལྷིང་ཐོག་ཐོག་ཨ་ཙི་ལི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ （藏文，梵文天城体，，，）又，如果眼睛里进了灰尘和沙子，念诵此咒就会出来。嗡 ཡ་མ་ད་ན་ཏིང་སྭཱ་ཧཱ （藏文，梵文天城体，yamadanatiṁ svāhā，）又，在灾难深重的时期，用糌粑涂抹眼睛，念诵一百零一遍，眼睛就不会瞎。又，阿哇草根、钟西、岩精、青蛇肉、三种果实、熊胆、黑狗胆、猴胆、黑马胆、人胆、猫头鹰胆、常绿草，这些与蜂蜜混合，空腹服用三个月，就会具有肉眼，觉性如金刚链般清晰。又，萤火虫、刺柏和黑女人的蛋混合，涂抹在眼睛上，就会显现各种光芒。此咒也念诵百万遍或者多多念诵，作为本尊，光环会增长到碗口那么大。

Herein dwells the Lamp of Meditative Vision. HUNG! I prostrate to the body of self-aware Vajrasattva, the lineage of the skull! Emaho! By accomplishing the fruit of Buddhahood in this life, for those fortunate ones who seek the essence, for the sake of directly realizing the key point of reality, the key point of conduct is to distinguish between samsara and nirvana, wandering in charnel grounds and empty valleys. The key point of meditation is to adapt the three postures of sitting. Cherish the calmness of body, speech, and mind. The key point of view is to drive in the three immovable nails. Constantly familiarize yourself with the lineage of the skull. Compound the medicine that clarifies the eye, recite the mantra bu dza hum（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）. By beholding the face of the body and senses, the one and only eye, awareness reaches its limit, and delusion is enlightened. By filling the three thousand worlds with the remaining aggregates, all that is seen and heard reverses samsara, and spontaneously accomplishing, one becomes Samantabhadra. Even I, a mere mote of dust, strive for the supreme methods of the innermost secret essence of the outer, inner, secret, and unsurpassed. Future generations of heart-sons will surely become great vidyadharas. Therefore, in order to clarify the eye of yoga from the beginning, warm the eyes and massage them. To increase and clarify the strength of the eyes, take Indian arura, amalaki, ava grass, and the herb that always cries, along with snake meat, and mix them as medicine. Mix with honey and eat one piece on an empty stomach. The strength of the eyes will increase, and the awareness of the skull lineage will become clear. Also, mix milk with pieces of bark from the seabuckthorn, powdered old black and white dzi beads, and the yolk of a black hen's egg. On the first day of the month, on days of emptiness, and on fish days, wash the eyes and face with cold water early in the morning. Then, apply all of that to the eyes with respect. The next morning, drink milk from a yellow cow, boiled with sugar. The eyes will not dim, and the awareness of the skull lineage will become clear. Mix stone spider with medicine and apply it to the eyes with white honey to remove cataracts. Also, mix crystal, skull cup, camphor, and musk in equal parts. Mix with the milk that a young sa（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） child drinks and apply it to the eyes. The awareness of the skull lineage will become clear. Mix ུན་ཐིག་ལེ་, Saramtsa, and those others in proportion, then mix with breast milk from a nursing mother. If you apply it repeatedly to the eyes, after seven days, the dimness of the eyes will be reduced by half, and awareness will be as clear as a Vajra chain. Also, finely grind copper ash and a skull, mix with whey, and apply to the eyes. Dryness, redness, and cataracts will be cured, and awareness will be clear. If you apply butter to the navel in the evening and massage it, dry eyes and stiff lips will be cured. Also, if you apply mint and musk water to the navel in the evening, the eyes will be clear, and even if you go to the snowy mountains, you will not get frostbite. Regularly in the morning, hold your breath, rub your eyes vigorously with the palms of both hands, and then wash with clean water. The film on the eyes will be cut off, and this is called "washing the eyes." Cataracts will not occur, and they will become clear. Also, if fleshy growths appear in the eyes, on an empty stomach, put a piece of butter inside a piece of warm zan (roasted barley flour), and fumigate the eyes with the steam. In your mouth, recite: Oṁ srilliṁga (藏文，梵文天城体，srilliṁga，魔眼) twenty-one times, then eat it, and it will be cured. Also, if a pterygium appears in the eye, mix musk, sugar, cardamom, and beeswax in proportion, apply a little to the eye, recite this mantra as much as possible, and take it from the tip of the tongue with the tip of a pigeon's down feather and apply it to the eye, it will be cured. Oṁ lhing lhing thog thog a-tsi-li svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，，，). Also, if dust and sand get into the eyes, this mantra will make it go away. Oṁ yamadanatiṁ svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，yamadanatiṁ svāhā，). Also, in times of great calamity, smear zan on the eyes and recite it one hundred and one times, and the eyes will not go blind. Also, Ava root, Chongzhi, rock essence, blue snake meat, three fruits, bear bile, black dog bile, monkey bile, black horse bile, human bile, owl bile, evergreen grass, mix these with honey, and eat them on an empty stomach for three months, you will have flesh eyes, and awareness will be as clear as a Vajra chain. Also, mix fireflies, juniper, and black woman's eggs, apply them on the eyes, and various lights will surely appear. Also, if you recite this mantra hundreds of thousands of times or as much as possible, making it your Yidam, the aura will grow to the size of a bowl.
