སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོ་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་འབྱེད། སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོ་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་འབྱེད། ༄༅། །སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོ་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་འབྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། ༈ ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི། ཟང་པད་འབྱུང་ནམ་མཁའ་སྙིང་པོ་ཡིས། །སྨོན་ལམ་དབང་གིས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་བླ་མ་མཆོག །འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ་ལ། །སྙིང་ནས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །བདག་གི་འཁོར་བ་ཐོག་མེད་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ། །བྱེ་བྲག་ཚེ་འདིར་སོ་ཐར་བྱང་སེམས་དང་། །ཁྱད་པར་གསང་སྔགས་དམ་ཚིག་གཉེན་པོ་ལ། །ཉམས་ཆག་རལ་དང་ཕམ་ལྟུང་གྱུར་པ་ཀུན། །སྙིང་ནས་འགྱོད་པས་བཤགས་སོ་དག་པར་ཤོག །དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོའི་བར། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་དང་ཚོམ་བུ་གཅིག་ཏུ་འགྲོགས། །སྒོ་གསུམ་རྟག་ཏུ་བག་ཡོད་དྲན་པ་ཡིས། །རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་དགུའི་བསྒྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །བྱང་སེམས་ནོར་བཟང་དག་གི་འཇམ་དཔལ་དང་། །རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ་ཡིས་ཆོས་འཕགས་བསྟེན་པ་བཞིན། །ཐར་པའི་སྲོག་རྩ་བླ་མ་བསྟེན་པ་ལ། །གཡེལ་མེད་བདག་གི་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྙེན་པར་ཤོག །དེ་བཞིན་ན་རོ་ཏ་པས་ཏི་ལློ་དང་། །ཞི་བ་སྦས་པས་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཤེས་གཉེན་ཞབས། །བསྟེན་བཞིན་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་ལས་བཟང་པོ། །ཚེ་རབས་སྐུ་ངལ་མེད་པ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །མདོར་ན་ཀུན་བཟང་པད་འབྱུང་ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་། །བཀའ་དྲིན་གསུམ་ལྡན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ཡིས། །ཐེག་ཆེན་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོའི་མཐའ། །ཇི་ཙམ་དེ་ཀུན་བདག་གིསའང་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །སྐྱེ་ཀུན་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྲས་སུ་གྱུར། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་གདགས་བྱས་པ་དྲིན་དུ་གཟོ། །གཡོ་སྒྱུ་མེད་པར་དམ་ཚིག་ལ་འབད་པས། །རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་དགེས་རྟག་སྤྱོད་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་བདག་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོ་འདི། །བསླུ་བ་མེད་ཅིང་ངེས་པ་ཉིད་འགྲུབ་པར། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་དང་རྩ་བ་གསུམ་རབ་འབྱམས། །དཔང་གྱུར་ཚད་མར་གྱུར་པས་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་སྙིགས་དུས་ཀྱི་འགྲོ་བ་ཉོན་མོངས་རགས་པར་གྱུར་པས་ན་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཕན་ཆེ་བར་མཐོང་བ་དང་མཆེད་གྲོགས་རྣམ་པ་ཚོས་ཀྱང་ནན་ཏན་བསྐུལ་བར་བརྟེན་བླ་མའི་བཀའ་འབངས་པ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཞི་བ་རྡོ་རྗེས་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པས་བྲིས་པ་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པའོ། །འདི་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་ཁ་འདོན་བྱས་ན་ཕན་ཡོན་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་ཐོབ་ཅིང་ལྷག་པར་འཆི་ཁ་མར་ལན་གསུམ་བཀླགས་པར་ནུས་ན་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་སྣ་ཟིན་ཞེས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ཀུན་བཟང་འཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་རྩལ་གྱིས་དམ་བཅས་པའོ། །གང་ཞིག་ཉམས་ཆག་ཅན་བསོག་འཇོག་ཅན་ཡོད་ན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་བསྒོམ་སྟེ་ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་ཚར་བརྒྱ་རེ་ཉུང་མཐར་བྱས་ཤིང་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ཉིད་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་ན་ཉམས་ཆག་དག་པ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་ཁྲུས་ཆུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། སྭཱ་སྟི། ཀུན་བཟང་པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་ཞི་དང་ཁྲོ། །མཆོག་གསུམ་རྩ་གསུམ་རབ་འབྱམས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས། །དགེ་བ་འདི་སོགས་དུས་གསུམ་བསགས་ཀུན་གྱི། །བླ་མའི་དགོངས་རྫོགས་ཕ་མའི་དྲིན་ལན་འཁོར། །ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་སྨོན་ལམ་ཀུན། །བསླུ་མེད་བགེགས་མེད་ཉིད་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ཏདྱཐཱ། པཱཉྩ་པྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བྷོ་དྷ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྨོན་ལམ་བཟང་པོ་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་འབྱེད།

善妙发愿文开启解脱之门。 善妙发愿文开启解脱之门。 顶礼！善妙发愿文开启解脱之门如是安住。嗡 斯瓦斯谛。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！） 桑巴炯 南喀酿布以，以善妙发愿力调伏众生之上师。 轮之怙主 策旺诺布（长寿宝）前，由衷敬礼虔诚作祈请。 我之轮回无始时至今，尤其此生别解脱菩提心， 以及殊胜密咒誓言之根本，所有失坏破损以及堕罪等， 由衷忏悔祈愿清净矣！从此时起直至菩提藏， 怙主您与眷属恒时相伴随，身语意三恒时以谨慎正念， 祈愿成办根本上师之所喜！菩萨诺桑等之文殊， 如常啼依止法胜尊者般，于解脱命脉依止上师时， 祈愿我亦恒时不散而依止！如是那若巴依止帝洛巴， 寂静藏依止智慧善知识足，如依止般行持令上师欢喜之善业， 祈愿生生世世无有疲厌而成就！总而言之 普贤 莲花生 虚空藏， 三恩具足根本之大上师，大乘发心善妙发愿之边际， 祈愿所有彼等我亦能成办！生生世世成为上师您之心子， 饶益有情知恩而报恩，无有谄诳精勤于誓言， 祈愿恒时享用诸佛及佛子之所喜！如是吾之善妙发愿此， 为无欺惑且定能成就之因，三宝以及三根本众浩瀚如海， 祈愿作为见证及定量而垂成！如是浊世之有情烦恼粗重，见此发愿文甚为有益，诸位道友亦劝请精进，故以上师之教言所缚之瑜伽士寂静金刚以增上意乐而书写，具足意义也！恒时念诵此文可获得不可思议之利益，尤其临终时若能念诵三遍，则能把握解脱之命脉，此乃根本上师 普贤事业调伏力所作之誓言也！无论何者具有失坏誓言及积蓄罪业，皆当祈请根本上师及金刚

The Excellent Aspiration that Opens the Door to Liberation. The Excellent Aspiration that Opens the Door to Liberation. Homage! The Excellent Aspiration that Opens the Door to Liberation is thus established. Om Swasti. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：Om, may there be well-being!) Zang Padjung Namkhai Nyingpo Yi, By the power of the excellent aspiration, the supreme Lama who tames beings. To the Lord of the Wheel, Tsewang Norbu, From the heart, I prostrate and pray with reverence. From beginningless time in my samsaric existence, Especially in this life, the Pratimoksha, Bodhicitta, And particularly the root of the secret mantra samaya, All impairments, breakages, defeats, and downfalls, From the heart, I confess with regret, may they be purified! From this time until the essence of enlightenment, May I associate with you, Protector, and your retinue as one. May the three doors always be mindful and aware, May I accomplish all that pleases the root Lama! Like Manjushri of the noble Bodhisattva Norzang, And like Sadaprarudita who relied on the Dharma-victorious one, When relying on the Lama, the lifeblood of liberation, May I always attend to him without distraction! Likewise, as Naropa relied on Tilopa, And Shiwawa relied on the feet of Yeshe Shenyen, May I accomplish the virtuous deeds that please the Lama, Without weariness in lifetimes! In short, Kunsang, Padjung, Namkhai Nying, By the root Lama who possesses the three kindnesses, May the extent of the Mahayana mind generation, the excellent aspiration, May I also accomplish all of that! In all lives, may I become the heart-son of the Lama, Benefiting beings, repaying kindness, Without deceit, striving in the samaya, May I always enjoy the delight of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus, may this excellent aspiration of mine, Be unfailing and certainly accomplished. May the Three Jewels and the vast Three Roots, Bear witness and be the measure to accomplish it! Thus, since the afflictions of beings in the degenerate age have become coarse, seeing that this aspiration is very beneficial, and since the spiritual friends also urged diligence, therefore, the yogi Shiwawa Dorje, bound by the words of the Lama, wrote with increased intention, it is meaningful! Constantly reciting this will obtain inconceivable benefits, and especially if one can recite it three times at the time of death, one will grasp the lifeline of liberation, this is the vow made by the root Lama, Kunsang Trinley Drodul Tsal! Whoever has broken samayas and accumulated negativities should pray to the root Lama and Vajra.

Meditating with non-dual Bodhicitta, reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra at least one hundred times each day, and reciting this aspiration three times, will purify all faults and is the bathing nectar of Samantabhadra. Sarva Mangalam! Svasti! Samantabhadra, Padmasambhava, Garland of Skulls, peaceful and wrathful, may the Three Jewels, Three Roots, vast and boundless, consider me. May all the merits accumulated in the three times, fulfill the Guru's intentions, repay the kindness of parents, and benefit all beings. May all the Mahayana aspirations of Tshewang Norbu (Long Life Empowerment Jewel) be accomplished without deception or obstacles!
