I supplicate the root and lineage lamas from the depths of my heart and bones, holding the vajra as the essence of the path. At the end of taking refuge and generating bodhicitta three times with the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, recite: Om Shunyata Jñana Vajra Svabhava Atmako Ham.
