I take refuge in the immortal deity of longevity. Generating the mind of enlightenment, I practice longevity for the benefit of all beings. I prostrate and make offerings to all the Buddhas, I confess sins, rejoice in virtues, and urge the turning of the Dharma wheel. I beseech the Buddhas to remain, and dedicate the accumulation of merit to enlightenment. Oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ. (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤུ་ནྱཱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭཱ་བྷ་ཝ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ महाशून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，大，空性，智慧，金刚，自性，我) In the play of the union of emptiness and compassion, Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍)radiates with blazing and wavering light, purifying all appearances. Appearances and existence dissolve into light, adorned with rainbows and spheres. The realms are free from all dust and in the expanse of purity. From Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises a nine-pointed vajra, possessing the seven dharmas, in the center of a sun and moon casket. Above the thousand-petaled lotus, on the stamen, from Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍)arises the great Vajradhara of speech, glorious Amitabha, the Lord of Longevity. Red and radiant, with a peaceful face, long eyes, a high nose, and a smiling countenance that never tires of being seen. The two hands are in meditative equipoise, holding seven precious jewels in the palms. A vase of accomplishment is filled with the essence of immortal nectar, its mouth adorned with a kalpa tree. The two feet are in the vajra posture. All the excellent marks and signs are completely perfected. In his lap is the consort, red-yellow, saffron-colored. Embracing the arrow, banner, and longevity vase, the father's power and the mother's wisdom are inseparable. Both are adorned with priceless jewels, bone ornaments, and five silk garments. On the crown of the father and mother are the faces of a horse and a pig, green and black. The sound of I ha hūṃ phaṭ pheṃ (藏文：ཨི་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཕེཾ་，意义待考) shakes the vessel and its contents. The blazing hair burns away obstacles, demons, and hindrances. The father and mother are clear in the expanse of rainbow light and spheres. Above that, in a towering, ascending order, is the root guru, Padma Dechen himself. Padma Norbu, Garwang Terdzö Nying, Tsogyal Pema Jung, Amitayus father and mother, Kunsang father and mother, contemplate the blazing light of glory. Praying with one-pointed devotion to the gurus of the lineage, from their hearts light radiates, hooking back all the life, merit, life-force, body-force, fortune, power, and essence of samsara and nirvana, the vessel and its contents, without exception, and dissolving them into the guru. From the guru's body descends a stream of nectar.
