观世音自在狮吼修法仪轨。 观世音自在狮吼修法仪轨。 ༄༅། །观世音自在狮吼修法仪轨。 ༈ 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。 诸佛慈悲之自性， 仅闻观世音之名， 即除诸苦依狮吼， 彼之修法仪轨于此说。 诸佛法与僧伽胜众， 直至菩提我皈依。 我以布施等所积福， 为利有情愿速成佛。 嗡 梭巴瓦 协多 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 协多 昂。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净一切法，自性清净我。） 空性之中莲月轮， 金网覆盖狮子上， 自明赫利（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）生圣狮吼， 白色寂静微笑具， 禅定跏趺而坐姿。 梵线鹿皮覆左肩， 无量光佛为顶严， 五部佛陀为首饰， 发髻高耸束顶上。 右掌施胜手印式， 左手依凭于座垫， 左耳之侧白莲上， 标帜宝剑放光芒。 右执三叉戟王族， 白色灵蛇缠绕之， 左持莲花颅器内， 盛满鲜花诸妙物。 自身圣尊三处处， 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 放光迎请同己智， 慧本尊众降临处， 誓慧无别成一体。 心间月上赫利（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）白字周， 咒鬘旋转净众障， 摄集诸佛之悲心， 自他安住圣地想。 嗡 阿 赫利 辛哈 纳达 吽 啪。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 赫利 狮吼 吽 啪）如是尽力念诵。 座间观想本尊身不明显，并将善根回向圆满菩提。观世音自在狮吼修法，加持恒常，词句简略，意义明了。以此善说，愿众生皆从痛苦中解脱，迅速获得圣妙果位。此乃应求法者之请，由持明者策旺诺布于尼泊尔加德满都郊外五塔寺，水猴年（1992）黑月红方第三喜日书写。 萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆。 观世音自在狮吼修法仪轨。

The Daily Practice of Avalokiteśvara Siṃhanāda. The Daily Practice of Avalokiteśvara Siṃhanāda. ༄༅། །Herein is the Daily Practice of Avalokiteśvara Siṃhanāda. ༈ Oṃ Svasti. The very embodiment of the compassion of all the Buddhas, Merely hearing the name Avalokiteśvara, Dispels all suffering, I rely on Siṃhanāda, Here I will explain the daily practice of that one. To the supreme Buddha, Dharma, and Saṅgha, I go for refuge until enlightenment. By the merit of my giving and so forth, May I quickly attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Oṃ Svābhāva Śuddho Sarva Dharmā Svābhāva Śuddho 'Haṃ. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, the nature of all dharmas is pure, my own nature is pure.) From the state of emptiness, on a lotus and moon mandala, Upon a lion covered with a golden net, From my own awareness, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) arises the noble Siṃhanāda, White, peaceful, smiling, in a meditative posture. A Brahmin thread and deer skin cover the left shoulder, Adorned with Amitābha as the main one, Crowned with the five families, with a topknot of matted hair, The right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, the left resting on the seat. To the left of the ear, a white lotus marked with a sword, To the right, a royal trident entwined with a white snake, In the left, a lotus skull cup filled with flowers. In the three places of the noble self, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ) (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). Light radiates, inviting wisdom beings like oneself, Undifferentiated from the samaya beings, becoming one with oneself. In the heart, on a moon, at the end of a white Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) syllable, The mantra garland revolves, purifying the obscurations of beings, Gathering together the compassion of all the Buddhas, Imagine oneself and others abiding on the noble ground. Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Siṃha Nāda Hūṃ Phaṭ. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Lion's Roar Hūṃ Phaṭ) Recite as much as possible. In the breaks between sessions, leave the deity's form without specific focus and dedicate the merit to perfect enlightenment. The practice of Avalokiteśvara Siṃhanāda, a continuous stream of blessings, concise in words and clear in meaning. By the virtue of this recitation, may all beings be completely liberated from suffering and quickly attain the supreme state of the noble ones. This was written at the request of those who earnestly sought it, by the Vidyādhara Tshewang Norbu at the five stupas on the outskirts of Kathmandu, Nepal, on the third joyous day of the dark fortnight of the Water Monkey year (1992).
