依托于印度圣地的上师瑜伽加持，意义精华的摄取。 依托于印度圣地的上师瑜伽加持，意义精华的摄取。 我等众生之顶髻上，莲花日月三重座垫之上，虹光重叠的帐篷中央，与恩重如山的根本上师，意义无别的莲花生大师，身白色带红色光彩，具足相好，面容姣好，带着微笑，三眼寂静不寂静，头戴莲花帽，具有威严变化，手持金刚杵、颅碗、寿命宝瓶，明妃空行母以隐秘的方式手持卡杖嘎，身披法衣、披单和僧裙，穿着绛红色法衣，双足跏趺坐。十方诸佛菩萨等，全部无造作无分别融入其中。是诸佛的意，一切经律论的语，僧众的聚会的身，皈依境一切的总集莲花生。我祈请您，请以慈悲摄受。现在是五浊恶世之时，诸佛的慈悲气息消逝，经律论的加持力衰退，白色天神护法全部忿怒，黑色魔众鬼怪像风一样狂暴。雨水不按时降落，灾荒增多，时局不安，四面八方全部动乱，兄弟亲友不和睦，争吵不休。当出现这样的时代时，皈依处是确定的上师三宝，意义合一的邬金仁波切，此时此刻没有其他的希望。请以父亲的慈悲摄受莲花生，今生来世中阴三者，没有其他的救护者，您最清楚。我以强烈的虔诚祈祷，莲花生大师化为光融入，与我无二无别融为一体，同时获得四种灌顶的加持。现在看这里，看着自己的心，看心没有形状和颜色，看它也看不见，安住在那个状态中。所谓见到心的本性就是指这个。心住在哪里，就看着它安住的状态，心空明，安住在那个状态中。心要去哪里，就放开它，远远地守护着。就像水波融入水中一样，心的散乱在空性中寂灭。自己的心看着自己的心，这就是莲花生大师的见解。没有

Upon the crown of my head, above a lotus, sun, and moon triple-tiered seat, in the center of a tent of massed rainbows, is my kind father, the root guru, inseparable in essence from Guru Padmasambhava. His body is white with a reddish glow, adorned with marks and signs. His face is beautiful, smiling, with three eyes, neither peaceful nor wrathful. On his head, he wears a lotus hat, capable of wondrous transformations. In his hands, he holds a vajra, a skull-cup, and a vase of longevity. His consort, a dakini, subtly holds a khatvanga. He is clad in a cloak, a shawl, and saffron monastic robes. He sits in the vajra posture. All the victorious ones and their heirs from the ten directions of the fields, all of them dissolve without elaboration, without separation, into him. He is the mind of all buddhas, the speech of all the definitive teachings, the body of the assembly of sangha, Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all refuges. I pray to you, please hold me with your compassion. Now is the time of the five degenerations. The compassionate breath of all buddhas has faded. The power of the definitive teachings has waned. All the white gods and protectors are wrathful. The black demons and evil spirits rage like the wind. Rain does not fall in season, and there are many famines. Times are uneasy, and all directions are in turmoil. Siblings, relatives, and friends are discordant, causing strife. When such a time arises, the certain refuge is the guru and the Three Jewels, the embodiment of one meaning, Orgyen Rinpoche. At this time, there is no other hope. Please hold me with the compassion of a father, Padmasambhava. In this life, the next life, and the three bardos, there is no other refuge; you know this best. As I pray with intense longing, Guru Padmasambhava dissolves into light, merging with me, inseparable and one. I receive the blessings of the four empowerments all at once. Now look here, look at your own mind. When you look at the mind, it has no form or color. When you look at it, you cannot see it; rest in that state. The meaning of seeing the nature of mind is just this. Where the mind abides, look at the state in which it abides. The mind is empty and clear; rest naturally in that state. Wherever the mind goes, release it and watch from afar. Like a wave dissolving into water, the mind's distractions subside into emptiness. That your own mind looks at your own mind is the view of Guru Padmasambhava. Without

散乱习气串习时，名为禅修与修持。何时至高之义达究竟，何时能得佛陀果？我等之祈请善行等，以此三时所积之善，此生能得长寿无病，财富如上弦月般增长。何时从此地迁逝时，于西方极乐净土中，获得化生之转世身，依此身迅速历经十地，愿能证得无上菩提果。基为法界无生，道为缘起不虚，皈依莲师无量慈悲力，愿我所发之愿皆能成就。 依止印度圣者的上师瑜伽加持，乃精华之摄取。

When distracted habits are familiarized, It is called meditation and practice. When will the supreme meaning reach its end, When will the fruit of Buddhahood be attained? My prayers and virtuous deeds, With this virtue accumulated in the three times, May I have longevity and be free from illness in this life, And may wealth increase like the waxing moon. When will the time come to pass away from here, In the western Sukhavati pure land, Having obtained a body born miraculously as an emanation, And relying on that basis, quickly traversing the ten bhumis, May I attain the supreme enlightenment. The basis is the unborn Dharmadhatu, The path is the unfailing dependent origination, Through the immeasurable power of Padmasambhava's compassion, May my prayers be fulfilled. The Guru Yoga blessing based on the holy Indian masters is the essence of extraction.
