为拉达克王后虔诚信徒丹迥旺姆而作。 为拉达克王后虔诚信徒丹迥旺姆而作。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 恒常皈依三宝！ 为利有情愿速成佛！ 我自身乃金刚瑜伽母，于我顶轮之上，有白莲日月垫。 咕噜南喀宁波切（上师虚空藏），心间（thugs）为蓝色明澈之金刚（rdo rje），摇动金刚铃安住。 圆满具足寂静之相好。 三处（གནས་གསུམ་）金刚（རྡོ་རྗེ་）三字（འབྲུ་གསུམ།）。 以光芒汇集诸佛融入。 对此以虔诚渴仰之心，从内心深处恳切祈请。 嗡，祈请法身遍空上师，祈请光明加持。 阿，祈请报身圆满上师，祈请幻化身殊胜加持。 吽，祈请化身调伏众生上师，祈请利益有情加持。 舍，祈请总集根本上师，祈请成熟解脱我之相续，凡所见闻忆触之众生，祈请获得金刚持果位。 嗡 阿 咕噜 嘎嘎 嘎尔巴 悉地 帕拉 吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔གུ་རུ་གྷ་གྷ་གརྦྷ་སིད་དྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओम् आः गुरु घ घ गर्भ सिद्धि फल हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ guru gha gha garbha siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 上师 嘎嘎 胎 悉地 果 吽！） 最后从上师的三处，光芒照耀净除诸障，获得身语意之灌顶加持。 上师之心与自心相融，证悟深邃明澈之安乐意义。 如是修持上师之功德，愿一切有情众生，远离痛苦安住于安乐。 暂时与究竟获得安乐，愿如上师、佛陀、无量光佛一般，迅速获得果位！ 此乃于印度、喀什米尔交界，阿里三围之芒域地区，拉达克王后虔诚信徒丹迥旺姆之请托下，于火虎年萨嘎月上弦月，由楚布寺之持明者于甘陀拉所著。 愿一切吉祥！ 为拉达克王后虔诚信徒丹迥旺姆而作。

For the sake of the Ladakhi Queen, the devoted Tenzin Wangmo. For the sake of the Ladakhi Queen, the devoted Tenzin Wangmo. Om Svasti! I always take refuge in the Three Jewels! May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings! I myself am Vajrayogini, above my crown, on a white lotus and solar and lunar discs, Guru Namka Nyingpo (Guru Space-Essence), with the vajra (rdo rje) in his heart (thugs), clear blue, resides shaking a vajra-bell. Complete with the signs and marks, and peaceful attire. The three vajras (རྡོ་རྗེ་) at the three places (གནས་གསུམ་), the three syllables (འབྲུ་གསུམ།). Light gathers all the Victorious Ones and dissolves. To that, with devotion and longing, I supplicate from the depths of my heart. Om, I supplicate the Dharmakaya, all-pervading Lama, grant the blessing of luminous clarity. Ah, I supplicate the Sambhogakaya, perfectly endowed Lama, grant the supreme blessing of the illusory body. Hūṃ, I supplicate the Nirmanakaya, taming beings Lama, grant the blessing of benefiting beings. Shrī, I supplicate the all-encompassing root Lama, grant the blessing of ripening and liberating my lineage, and all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch, may they attain the state of Vajradhara. Om Ah Guru Gha Gha Garbha Siddhi Phala Hum! The Lama's mind and my own mind blend, and the meaning of profound clarity and bliss is realized. By the merit of practicing the Lama in this way, may all beings in existence be separated from suffering and placed in happiness. May they attain happiness temporarily and ultimately, and may they quickly attain the state of Lama, Buddha, Amitabha, just as it is! This was written at Gandhola in Tsurbu at the request of the Ladakhi Queen, the devoted Tenzin Wangmo, in the Mangyul region of the three districts of Ngari, on the border of India and Kashmir, on the waxing moon of the Saga month of the Fire Tiger year.
