上师瑜伽。 上师瑜伽。 那摩咕噜哇耶。 顶礼三宝，我皈依！ 为了引导我的一切众生，生起菩提心！ 轮回涅槃诸法，皆是无我空性之体性。 自己明观为本尊，于头顶之顶端， 千瓣莲花日月轮中央， 忆念胜妙清净之怙主莲花生。 白红寂静微笑，手持金刚颅器瓶， 莲花帽法衣，法氅珍宝严饰。 头顶之上，种姓之主无量光佛， 红色等持，殊胜化身之装束。 心间智慧心性金刚萨埵， 白色明亮，金刚杵铃置于轮中央。 其心间白月之上，有种子字ཨཱ༔ （藏文ཨཱ༔，梵文天城体आः，梵文罗马拟音āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）。 一切之三处，以三字（嗡啊吽）为标志。 光芒四射，所有诸佛菩萨， 彼即上师、佛陀、本尊、正法， 僧伽、空行、护法，一切汇集。 对此，我的寿命、福德、财富等， 以永恒的誓愿完全供养。 对此，以坚定不移、一心一意的虔诚和恭敬， 伴随念诵咒语，祈请三次。 第一次，从上师的激励中降下甘露， 清净我的业障，获得安乐广大ཨཱ༔ （藏文ཨཱ༔，梵文天城体आः，梵文罗马拟音āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）。 第二次祈请，上师的三处， 以光芒净化，赐予我四种灌顶。 第三次祈请，上师从头顶， 向下融入我心间，加持相续。 嗡啊吽班匝咕噜贝玛托创匝班匝萨玛雅匝悉地帕拉吽啊 嗡啊吽班匝咕噜贝玛悉地吽 最终，显有世间成为量殿天神之身， 光芒消融，自融入，自己融入上师。 那也融入ཨཱ་ （藏文ཨཱ་，梵文天城体आ，梵文罗马拟音ā，汉语字面意思：阿），最终如彩虹般消失。 上师与自心无别，同一味道， 离戏光明空性大乐之界， 安住于超越思维、无有边际之状态。 如此，诸法之精华， 乃是上师瑜伽，一心一意努力之善。 愿我及其他一切众生，以金刚乘道， 一两世获得金刚萨埵之果位！ 此乃浓缩上师瑜伽之精华，与自身修持相应。 权势弟子的某些人，认为仅仅以此简易之法即可受益。 恰逢此时，拉堆措科地方的丹增扎杜，及其父子，以及其他一些有志之士的恳请。

Guru Yoga. Guru Yoga. Namo Guruve. I prostrate and take refuge in the Three Jewels! To guide all beings, I generate Bodhicitta! All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are without self, in the nature of emptiness. I visualize myself clearly as the Yidam deity, at the crown of my head, In the center of a thousand-petaled lotus, sun and moon disc, The protector of supreme and pure mindfulness, Padmasambhava. White and red, peaceful and smiling, holding a vajra and skull-cup vase, Lotus hat, Dharma robes, cloak, adorned with precious jewels. Above my head, the lord of the family, Amitabha, Red, in meditative equipoise, in the attire of the supreme Nirmanakaya. In my heart, the wisdom mind, Vajrasattva, White and clear, with vajra and bell in the center of a mandala. On the white moon above his heart, the seed syllableཨཱ༔ (Tibetan: ཨཱ༔, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah). The three places of all are marked with the three syllables (Om Ah Hum). With radiant light, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, That is the Guru, Buddha, Yidam, Dharma, Sangha, Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, all gathered together. To that, I offer my life, merit, wealth, etc., With eternal vows, I completely offer. To that, with unwavering, one-pointed devotion and reverence, With the recitation of mantras, I pray three times. The first time, from the Guru's inspiration, nectar descends, Purifying my obscurations, attaining great blissཨཱ༔ (Tibetan: ཨཱ༔, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah). The second prayer, from the Guru's three places, With purifying light, bestows upon me the four empowerments. The third prayer, the Guru from the crown of my head, Descends and enters the center of my heart, blessing my being. Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Tötreng Tsal Vajra Samaya Dza Siddhi Phala Hum Ah Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum Finally, the phenomenal world becomes the body of the celestial palace deity, Light dissolves, self-dissolves, myself dissolves into the Guru. That also dissolves intoཨཱ་ (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A), finally vanishing like a rainbow. Guru and my own mind are inseparable, of one taste, Free from elaboration, the realm of luminous emptiness and great bliss, Abiding in a state beyond thought, without limits. Thus, the essence of all Dharmas, Is Guru Yoga, the merit of one-pointed effort. May I and all other beings, through the Vajrayana path, In one or two lifetimes, attain the state of Vajrasattva! This is the condensed essence of Guru Yoga, in accordance with my own practice. Some of the powerful disciples think that they can benefit from this simple method alone. At this time, at the request of Tenzin Drakdul of Lato Tsochen, his father and sons, and some other interested people.
