From the Secret Path of the Dakinis: Life Accomplishment, Unelaborate Essence, Quintessential Vajra Kilaya. Oṃ! Homage and prostration to the Immortal Glory! Whatever benefits sentient beings (outer practice) and, What one takes into one's own experience (this alone, this alone), The constant practice of the Secret Path of the Dakinis, The extraordinary instruction for accomplishing life is: Hrīḥ! In the early morning, instantly generate oneself in the generation stage, Visualize Hayagriva-Vajravarahi as the deity, exhale the nine breaths (preliminary), then, Slowly inhale (sixteen), filling one's entire body, Empty (emptiness) and clear, with the three channels and five chakras (of the channels), In the center of the five chakras are the seed syllables of the Dakini father and mother: Hrīḥ Ma Ra Ha Ca Hrīḥ Ni Ya Sa! These ten life syllables are the ten Dakini fathers and mothers, Clearly visualize, with the breath stirring the deity in the navel (entering generation), From the realm of great bliss, a rain of blissful (Vajra Dakini) deities, Intensely stirring the breath (releasing and spreading to the five places), the three kayas in the center (white, red, blue) radiate, With the shape of an iron hook, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, self-arisen (the five elements), Drawing them in, the breath (seventeen) merges, all the radiance (five lights) dissolves into one, The body is filled with bliss, a continuous stream of nectar, My body is filled with fire, the five wisdoms manifest in the five chakras (hand gestures), Purifying and increasing life force (elements), equally taking the essence (white and red), After that, one's own body (outer) becomes a sky-iron vajra kilaya, In the indestructible (flaming) five-pronged vajra, The three channels and five chakras are established with the signs of the five wisdoms, In the heart center of the Dharma wheel Buddha, self-arisen Vajra Ayurne, I contemplate! The gatekeeper (horse-headed) Hayagriva, red and blazing, Bhe! The vajra recitation of Hrīḥ and one's own ten life syllables, Recite the eight syllables of the intention of the victorious lord of life, In essence, take three Hrīḥ and three syllables. (Completion stage) When settling, slowly release the breath without fixation, Without fixation, whatever arises, stabilize and increase with awareness, Relax naturally, without looking or releasing, Abide in the state of vast emptiness and clarity. Aṭhi! This is the definite nectar of the great secret! Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ! May this essence of nectar become the essence of the rainbow! The key is merged!
