桑隆前行生起法极简略。 桑隆前行生起法极简略。 桑隆前行生起法极简略者：于三宝总集之上师处皈依！为度脱众生轮回而发菩提心！献七支供！ 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！ 器情本即金刚三之体性中，自显清净密严莲花光，自身明观瑜伽母，于前虚空中，莲花日月增长之座上，莲花生佛诸佛总集之身，一面二手持金刚铃杵，诸佛寂怒坛城圆满于身，三处光明迎请智慧尊众，七句祈请文者：于皈依处总集邬金大士前，顶礼供养罪堕从心忏，身语意之功德忆念而赞颂，生生世世慈悲摄受，祈请！祈请之时上师化光融入，融入自身故自身明观为上师，心间智慧勇识之心间，十字中心三字重叠之末，心咒右旋器情觉醒为上师，如是念诵十二字，受四灌顶后回向善根。 桑隆前行生起法极简略。
