Kunzang, primordial protector, infinite light, Five certainties complete, Vairochana Avalokiteshvara, Self-arisen, lord of all buddhas, Padmasambhava, Glory of all, I supplicate the lama who embodies the three kayas. Dharma-protecting king, Brahma, divine flower, Kharchen Tso Gyal, monk Namkhai Nyingpo, Dorje Dudjom, divine son Mutri Tsenpo, I supplicate the fivefold retinue of fortunate, pure ones. Revealer of profound treasures, Manglam Zangpo Drak, Sole refuge of the Tibetan people, the falcon with magical transformations, Tamer of beings, bearer of the command, Tsondu Gyaltsen, and so forth, I supplicate all the root treasure lineages. 堪为甚深之器。 以基道四灌，令三门成熟为金刚。 祈愿加持成就三圆满。 菩提心与根本身，甚深明澈生起。 平息毁坏教法的军队与嗔恨及其因由。 安住于四不动摇，以四种体验证悟无我。 祈愿加持平息五大错乱与我执。 以无执的供养和布施等摄持万物。 解脱贫穷、贪恋、悭吝的结缚。 自生一切功德，如来藏之宝藏。 祈愿加持以赤裸觉性现前。 精液明点交合，命勤融入中脉。 远离错觉分别，大乐密境现前。 以闻思修，止息有分别的迁转。 祈愿加持于大旷野中阴获得解脱。 于具足四相的猛烈降临等持中。 获得稳固，战胜内外五大的障碍。 平息六识的一切分别，微细粗大。 祈愿加持于自性本位安住。 白日迷乱，任运自成，一切显现皆为智慧。 以金刚盔甲摧毁五毒的利刃。 于四光明中串习稳固。 祈愿加持死亡时解脱为法身。 了知梦境中阴，法性如幻。 业风融入根本，根本显现清净于法界。 从四相道中，意法错觉之聚。 祈愿加持迁转于任运自成之宫殿。 八根本上师的加持融入心间。 轮涅一切皆显现为大智慧。 与此有缘的一切众生，从此命终之后。 祈愿加持往生极乐世界。 暂时亦能平息违缘与障碍。 寿命福德财富，证悟功德增长。 自他二利，不费吹灰之力到达边际。 祈愿加持一切愿望任运成就。 此乃应知见之宝藏大德，无死胜妙化身仁波切劝请，于莲花自在处昆邦大乐光明洲吉祥日书写祈祷，善妙增上！ 意伏藏任运成就传承祈请文，成就甘霖。

May we be vessels worthy of profound teachings. Through the ground, path, and four empowerments, may the three doors ripen into vajra. Bless us to accomplish the three mandalas. May bodhichitta and the root body arise with profound clarity. Pacify the armies of those who harm the teachings, along with hatred and its causes. Abiding in the four immovables, may we realize selflessness through the four experiences. Bless us to pacify the disturbances of the elements and clinging to self. Through unattached offerings, generosity, and other means of gathering, may we untie the knots of poverty, attachment, and miserliness. May the treasure of the Sugata's heart, the source of all qualities, emerge through naked awareness. May the spring drops unite, and the life force dissolve into the central channel. May the great bliss hidden land, devoid of delusion and conceptualization, arise. Through hearing, contemplation, and meditation, may the migrations of conceptual thought cease. Bless us to be liberated in the great wilderness of the bardo. In the samadhi of intense descent, endowed with the four characteristics, may we gain stability and overcome the obstacles of the outer and inner elements. Pacify all the conceptualizations of the six aggregates, subtle, gross, and coarse. Bless us to arrive at the ground of our own nature. May whatever appears in the confusion of daytime arise as wisdom, spontaneously accomplished. With the vajra armor, may we shatter the tips of the five poisons' weapons. Having become familiar and stable in the four lights, bless us to be liberated into the Dharmakaya at the moment of death. May we realize the dream bardo and the nature of reality as illusion. May the karmic winds dissolve into the ground, and the ground appearance purify into the expanse. From the path of the four appearances, may the collections of mind and phenomena's delusions transfer into the spontaneously accomplished palace. May the blessings of the eight root gurus enter our hearts. May all of samsara and nirvana arise as great wisdom. May all those connected to us, immediately after passing away from here, be blessed to be born in Sukhavati. May unfavorable conditions and obstacles be pacified temporarily as well. May life, merit, wealth, realization, qualities, and virtues increase. May the two benefits of self and others effortlessly reach their culmination. Bless us to accomplish all aspirations spontaneously. This was written and prayed for on an auspicious day at Padma Naresvara's hermitage, Kunbang Dechen Odsel Ling, at the urging of the great treasure of knowledge, the deathless supreme emanation, Rinpoche.
