༈ མི་ཡི་དབང་པོའི་རིང་འཚོའི་སྨོན་ཚིག་ཚན་པ་གཉིས། ༈ མི་ཡི་དབང་པོའི་རིང་འཚོའི་སྨོན་ཚིག་ཚན་པ་གཉིས། ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི། དམ་པའི་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་ཅིར་ཡང་མི་འགོག་པ། །ནམ་ཡང་གདུལ་བྱའི་གཉེན་འགྱུར་མཁའ་བཞིན་དྭངས། །ཚེ་བདག་རྒྱལ་བའི་ལུང་བསྟན་མི་ཡི་དབང་། །གང་ཁྱེད་འཚོ་བཞེས་བདག་གཞན་དགེ་ལེགས་ཤོག ། ཅེས་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་ཆེད་དུ་དམིགས་ཏེ་རྒྱ་བལ་བོད་ཡུལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་མ་སྦས་པའི་མིང་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པར་བརྗོད་པ་ཀཿཐོག་སྤྲུལ་སྐུས་སོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི་ཛྙཱིཾ་རཱ་ཛ་ཛ་མ་ཀུ་རུ་བྷྲཱུཾ། རྒྱལ་བ་རབ་འབྱམས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དང་། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་སློབ་བཅས་འཕགས་ཚོགས་ཞིང་གི་རྡུལ། །གསུང་རབ་དམ་པ་ལུང་དང་རྟོགས་པའི་ཆོས། །བསྲུང་མར་བཅས་པས་བདག་མོས་འདི་འགྲུབ་མཛོད། །འཕགས་མཆོག་མིག་མི་འཛུམ་གྱི་ཉེར་གཟར་བ། །བསིལ་ལྡན་རིའི་བསྐོར་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་ཡི་ཡུལ། །ལྗོངས་འདིར་སྐྱེ་དགུ་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་བདེ་ལེགས་དཔལ། །མངོན་གྱུར་ས་སྐྱོང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་པ་ཆེ། །བསོད་ནམས་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྒྱུར་བ་པོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གང་གི་ཞབས་པད་མཆོག །གཞིག་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཁྲི་རྐང་མི་འཇིག་པ། །སེང་གེའི་ཟེར་སྟོང་རྟག་བརྟན་གཡུང་དྲུང་ཁྲིར། །བདེ་ལྡན་བདག་པོ་ཇི་བཞིན་བསྐལ་པའི་བར། །སྐུ་ཚེ་ཉམས་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རི་བོ་ལྟར། །མཛད་པ་ཡར་ངོའི་ཟླ་ལྟར་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ། །མངའ་ཐང་ཀལྤའི་ཤིང་ལྟར་རྒྱས་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱི་ནང་མི་མཐུན་སྐྱོན་ཀུན་ཉེར་ཞི་ཞིང་། །ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ས་སྐྱོང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྔགས་ཤིང་བཏུད། །ནད་མུག་མཚོན་ཞི་དགེ་ལེགས་དཔྱིད་དུ་འཕེལ། །གངས་ཅན་བདེ་བའི་དཔལ་གང་ཞབས་བརྟན་ཤོག ། ཅེས་གངས་ཅན་ས་ཡི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་བ་མི་ཡི་བདག་པོ་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་གི་ཞབས་པད་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་འཚོ་བཞེས་བརྟན་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་སྙིང་ཐག་པ་ནས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདི་ནི་ཀཿཐོག་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པས་དབོ་ཟླའི་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཕུལ་བ་སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། ༈ མི་ཡི་དབང་པོའི་རིང་འཚོའི་སྨོན་ཚིག་ཚན་པ་གཉིས།

༈ 人之自在者长寿祈愿文 二篇 ༈ 人之自在者长寿祈愿文 二篇 嗡 索斯帝！ 殊胜幻化任何皆不阻， 恒常调伏所化如虚空般清净， 寿命自在者胜者之授记， 愿您之长寿，自他皆吉祥！ 为作缘起之故，于汉藏印土各地，未隐瞒名号，自称为持明者之噶陀祖古所作。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！ 嗡 索斯帝 匝尼 惹匝匝玛 咕噜 布隆！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 诸佛浩瀚如海之众， 以及眷属菩萨圣众如刹土之微尘， 殊胜经论教证之法， 连同护法祈愿我等成就此事。 圣观世音菩萨之垂念， 围绕清凉山百万之境， 此地众生一切安乐吉祥， 愿能显现摄政菩提萨埵大士， 福德力之转轮者， 彼之法王莲足， 无坏金刚之座基不可摧， 雄狮光芒万丈恒常稳固雍仲座， 如同安乐之主直至劫末， 寿如金刚山般无损， 事业如上弦月般蒸蒸日上， 权势如劫树般兴盛！ 内外不和之过患悉皆寂灭， 愿各方之摄政者皆赞颂顶礼， 息灭疾疫刀兵，增盛善妙如春日， 愿雪域安乐之吉祥，彼之莲足永固！ 如是，为使未曾统治雪域大地之人间自在者，法王菩提萨埵之莲足长久住世稳固，由衷祈请，此乃噶陀祖古持明者于藏历四月之白方初三所献。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！ ༈ 人之自在者长寿祈愿文 二篇

༈ A Prayer for the Long Life of the Lord of Men, Two Sections ༈ A Prayer for the Long Life of the Lord of Men, Two Sections Om Swasti! The sacred illusion that nothing can obstruct, Always transforming into a friend of the disciples, clear as the sky. The prophecy of the victorious Lord of Life, May your long life bring goodness and auspiciousness to oneself and others! This was composed by Kathok Tulku, who calls himself a holder of knowledge, without concealing his name in all the lands of China, Nepal, and Tibet, for the sake of auspiciousness. Sarva Mangalam! Om Swasti Jnīṃ Rājarajama Kurubhrūṃ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) All the assemblies of victorious Buddhas, vast as the ocean, And the noble Sangha, including the bodhisattvas and disciples, like dust motes in the fields, The sacred scriptures, the Dharma of transmission and realization, Together with the protectors, may they accomplish this for me. May the supreme and precious Avalokiteśvara, The land of a hundred million leagues surrounding the cool mountains, The happiness and prosperity of all beings in this realm, Be manifested by the great Bodhisattva Regent. The one who turns the wheel of the power of merit, The lotus feet of that Dharma King, The indestructible foundation of the vajra throne, The eternally stable Yungdrung throne with a thousand lion rays, Like the lord of bliss, until the end of the kalpa, May his life be as indestructible as a vajra mountain, May his activities increase like the waxing moon, May his power expand like the kalpa tree! May all inharmonious inner and outer faults be pacified, May all the regents of the directions praise and bow down, May disease, famine, and weapons be pacified, and may goodness and auspiciousness increase like spring, May the glory of the happiness of the snowy land, may his feet be firm! Thus, in order to ensure that the lotus feet of the Dharma King Bodhisattva, the Lord of Men who has not yet ruled the circle of the snowy earth, live long and remain stable, I pray from the bottom of my heart.
