The source that gathers all the activities of the Buddhas, Ocean-born Vajra, Padma Tötreng Tsal, Though inseparable from that, yet showing a different aspect, Prince Lhaje, Orgyen Chöje Ling, The sound of whose blessings plays as a magical dance, Lord of the World, emanation who guides beings, May you, the glory of those to be tamed, for hundreds of kalpas, Live long and may your activities greatly increase! Thus, in order to ensure that the reincarnation of Raschung Puk, the guide, Rinchen Chöje Lingpa, lives long and that his activities increase, the name-bearing vidyādhara, who is not hidden in all the lands of China, Nepal, and Tibet, specially spoke from Thangdrok Mindroling Monastery on the waxing moon of the sixth month of the Iron Bird year (1981).
