༈ འབྲུག་པ་仁波切（藏文：འབྲུག་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།）的祈请长寿文。 ༈ འབྲུག་པ་仁波切（藏文：འབྲུག་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།）的祈请长寿文。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི།） 俱生不灭本来即清净，蕴界金刚自性二元融。无衰败处吉祥上师之身，祈愿长久永恒不变而坚固。 无毁文字自性童子娜达音，金刚自声连续不断之语词。殊胜正法法轮上师之语教，祈愿永久永恒坚固而常在。 舍弃有迁变垢无欺之实性，恒常稳固雍仲大乐之体性。离戏无变异之上师之意，祈愿长久永恒不变而坚固。 遍布虚空诸佛之三密，舒卷之作用者金刚心。（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས།，梵文天城体：वज्रसत्त्व，梵文罗马音：Vajrasattva，汉语字面意思：金刚萨埵）。此时吉祥根本大上师，种姓坛城一切之遍主尊。总摄诸佛慈悲之水藏，经续教言珍贵宝藏之库。弘扬事业永不懈怠之怙主，解脱津梁殊胜之舟楫。 救度所化众贫乏无与伦比如意宝，浊世有情唯一之引导者。嘉瓦噶举事业车乘之众，祈愿莲足永驻而坚固。 十方三世声闻缘觉菩萨圣众所，围绕诸佛坛城庄严无量之。真实之威力加持能力不虚之，祈愿具德上师莲足永固。 所摄持之范围皆以真实义精要，令正法极兴盛一切持教大德聚。证悟实相成就之徒百万众云集，祈愿广大无间断处吉祥。 如是吉祥云音之实修传承持有者一切之精华，无与伦比之众生怙主，此时圆满教法之大命脉，嘉瓦之法王嘉瓦噶举事业车乘尊者之莲足，为祈请永久坚固之缘起善妙，撰写此祈请文。解脱轮回无偏颇之瑜伽士嘉堪巴，具德持明金刚持旺诺布，于年富力强之时，在尼泊尔自生塔（藏文：བལ་ཡུལ་རང་བྱུང་མཆོད་རྟེན）之吉祥佳日。

In an undiminishing state, the body of the glorious lama, May your feet be firm, forever and ever, steadfastly we pray. The indestructible nature of letters, the sound of youthful Nada, The vajra's own sound, words of unbroken continuity. The sacred Dharma wheel, the lama's speech, May it be firm, forever and ever, steadfastly we pray. Having completely abandoned the defilements of change, the unfeigned reality, The nature of eternal, stable, Yungdrung great bliss. The mind of the lama, free from elaboration, unchanging, May it be firm, forever and ever, steadfastly we pray. The three secrets of all Buddhas pervading space, The actor of expanding and gathering, Vajrasattva. At this time, the glorious great root lama, The lord of all lineages and mandalas. Having mastered the ocean of compassion of all the Victorious Ones, The treasury of precious jewels of the teachings of the Sutras and Tantras. The protector whose activity of spreading never falters, The supreme chariot, the ferry of liberation. By the noble assembly of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, Surrounded by the immeasurable, adorned mandala of the Victorious Ones. By the unfailing power, blessing, and ability of truth, May the lotus feet of the glorious protector lama be firm. May the teachings flourish greatly, and may all the supreme holders of the teachings gather, With the essence of definitive meaning encompassing all that is held. May hundreds of thousands of disciples who have seen the truth and attained accomplishment gather in clusters. May this vast, unbroken place be auspicious! Thus, this prayer in verse for the sake of the auspicious connection of the long life of the lotus feet of the glorious Kyinkdra Chen's lineage holders, the essence of all, the incomparable protector of beings, the great lifeline of the complete teachings at this time, the King of the Victorious Ones, the尊者 of the chariot of the victorious Kagyu activity, was written by the impartial yogi Gyalkhampa Paldrik Dzinpa Dorje Tshewang Norbu, with youthful vigor, on an auspicious waxing day of the Zla month, at the self-arisen stupa in Nepal.
