In the pure, vast, limitless realms of all directions and times, May the buddhas and bodhisattvas residing there, The assembly of gurus, vidyadharas, and accomplished ones with nine qualities, The deities of the four or six tantras, peaceful and wrathful, The dakinis who gather and combine mantras, All protectors of the teachings who act according to the command, Through the unwavering truth and power of the honest and upright, Grant the auspicious conditions and blessings for a stable and lasting life. Emaho! The essence is primordial purity, emptiness, the realm of Kuntuzangpo, The nature is spontaneous accomplishment, luminosity, Vajrasattva, The compassion is union, awareness, Padmasambhava, Inseparably manifesting the powerful dance of Vajra, For the benefit of beings, displaying various magical dances, The unequaled supreme emanation, the supreme guide, the lord of the wheel, The vidyadhara Sonam Deu Tsen himself, We pray that you remain steadfast on the unchanging vajra throne. The sight inspires and empowers, the wondrous form, The jewel crest adorns the edge of the wheel of space, The mandala filled with the essence of great bliss, We pray that the wondrous vajra body remains steadfast. 于具五颜六色之莲台上， 祈愿莲足永固住世百劫。 善妙事业之白伞普及大地， 摧毁邪见五箭及大地懒惰。 愿正法明灯永不磨灭常稳固！ 如是我以纯洁无染之诚心， 以无伪祈请之真实语加持， 根本上师之寿及一切事业， 祈愿无损稳固住世直至永劫。 从劫火及轮回苦海动荡中， 依仗圣者您之慈悲为舟楫， 于恒乐菩提光明金刚藏中， 祈愿如虚空般众生皆得解脱。 莲花生降魔金刚如意化身的多康（今四川甘孜藏族自治州一带）大地之中心噶陀多吉丹（噶陀金刚座）之金座上，转动法轮之持明者嘉瓦之子索南德赞多吉羌（索南德赞金刚持）大尊之身寿及莲足永固之缘起，周游各方之咒士疯子策旺诺布于水虎年（1962）正月初三吉日，于引导胜上师之静处若拉（地名）所书，以至尊金刚之德瓦坚（极乐世界）为代表敬献，吉祥！善哉！ 噶陀嘉察索南德赞之祈寿祈请文。

Upon a lotus seat held by five faces, May your lotus feet firmly remain for a hundred eons. May the white umbrella of your virtuous deeds pervade the earth, Destroying the five arrows of wrong views and the laziness of the earth. May the lamp of the teachings be ever stable and never extinguished! Thus, with my pure and immaculate intention, Through the power of truthful words from a sincere prayer from the heart, May the life and all the activities of the root guru, Remain undiminished and stable until the end of time. From the turbulence of the eonic fire and the ocean of samsara, Relying on the boat of your compassion, O Holy One, In the eternal bliss of enlightenment, the radiant Vajra Essence, May all beings, as vast as space, be completely liberated. This was written by the wandering mantra madman Tsewang Norbu on the auspicious third day of the first month of the Water Tiger year (1962), at Rolam, the secluded place of the supreme guide, for the sake of the stability of the life and lotus feet of the great Vajradhara Sonam Deutsen, the son of the Victorious Ones, the lord of the Dharma Wheel on the golden throne of Kathok Dorje Den (Kathok Vajra Seat), the heart of the earth in Dokham (Kham region), where Padmasambhava, the Tamer of Demons, manifested his body as desired. It was offered with representations of the glorious Vajra Dewachen (Sukhavati). Auspicious! Virtuous! The Prayer for the Long Life of Kathok Gyaltsab Sonam Deutsen.
